Really quick response to enquires about delivery times.

Quality product, good price,cheap postage and arrived before expected.

The delivery was on time and efficient but the compass I purchased was faulty on arrival. I contacted Shaven Raspberry and they immediately responded and are sending out a replacement

What a terrific website and company. Customer/navigator centered in all they do including after sales care. Scott runs a highly professional business, and his desire to ensure that his customers navigational needs are met shows no bounds.

In purchasing some pencils from the site, which unfortunately didn't work out for me, although others have had plenty of success with, Scott went out of his way, and pocket, and sent free pens and wipes.

Scott called me in person to chat about the problems he had found with the manufacturers latest batches, and should the suggested remedies not work my map would be replaced, there was no need to replace the map with Scotts' suggested remedies.

Recently had my tally counters through - and pen that writes in all the glorious types of weather and temperatures we are lucky to have - very pleased with the toggles and colour.
Look forward to trying the pen.
