Called customer service and they presented me with exceptional customer service. I spoke with jason who told me all about their products and his personal recommendation for my hair type. You can't call and order, their team is only meant to assist with your questions which may seem like an inconvenience, but there is something genuine about an expert on a product who isn't trying to shove their most expensive unit down your throat.

Got the elite version which is what jason recommended. I'm now telling everyone I know about this product. It's the closest electric shaver I've ever used. This is what shaving should be, a complete joy and with no nicks or cuts I'm a Shave master fan for life.

Product broke on the first month of use (not able to charge it) and company replied that they will send another one but still receive nothing after one month and no answer to my emails (no telephone to call of course).. very disapointed!
