⭐ 1 STAR

⭐ 1 STAR – VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered from SHATAFU.COM and paid approximately €34,99.

They provided a tracking number (YL7388154740YQ), and the tracking system claims my package was delivered on October 20, 2026.

THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE! I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!

No courier came to my address, no delivery confirmation was provided, and there is no information about which delivery company supposedly delivered my order.

I have contacted their customer service demanding an explanation and a refund.

This is extremely suspicious and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this website.

I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM SHATAFU.COM!

Do not risk losing your money!

If this issue is not resolved, I will report the transaction to Revolut and request a chargeback.
