purchased lost ark gold and the seller "happy" said he had stock so i bought, i waited 16hours still no delivery then 8hours after that theres an update and a price increase now all of the sudden the seller says he cant deliver and i should cancel (which is against g2g.com shasso rules)
also the seller clearly lied about stocks which is another rule break

when i contacted customer service they pretty much did nothing and lied for the seller. my friend purchased gold from him to see if he was still selling and 7hours later the gold was delivered... i told customer service and they did nothing yet again

the seller is called "Happy" and i would avoid him at all costs .
he agrees a price claims he has stock then doesnt deliver.the price slightly changes and he lies about no stock or hes cancelled then tries to bully you in to cancelling. all the meanwhile he is still taking purchases and can deliver OTHER gold but not the gold you purchased.
g2g support don't care and don't punish the seller which is beyond a joke they allow the seller to keep selling and take new orders before paying said owed order.
my last time using g2g/shaasso clearly a scammer company with bad trade practice.

so as a paying customer my money is in limbo for 5-7days and even when i can spend it i have to also deal with a price increase which isnt fair in any trade sense, if a deal is made and set in stone the selling party should fulfill said order.

just an update looking at recent bad reviews and all time bad reviews they are all mainly about the Scamming Seller "Happy" and g2g support and staff let him still scam everyone and no punishment... even now he breaks G2Gs own rules which are suppose to PROTECT buyers dont get anything from here go Epicnpc or player auctions you are actually protected!

Too much info required by them when in fact it is not required... first they allow the purchase to go through then they do not confirm it unless you give your full ID info with cam on etc.

Don't trust this shi$&y site/add-on.
They will steal ur credit card details and other sh€t that you give em and sell em. If you have submitted em ur card, then close it, and order another one.

I got scam from this site. I ve been charged about 88$ for some transaction I didnt know. I even didn't have account on this website. I dont know where they get my payment information. THIS SITE IS SCAMMER. NEVER USE THIS

I give it 0 stats if i could, horrible customer service, i provided all the documents needed and they kept declining my account verification, slow customer response, sent 5 mails and did not received any clear answer or help with my request, no customer phone number, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Wouldnt use it even if it was free

Site sucks ass, can't even log into it after trying for an hour. I've spent well over 1k on g2g and it's still so bad to even try and use.

I cant make new account because my phone number is tied to old account and I cant change the phone number.

If i could give -100000000000000000 i would , so so so so so bad , and really useless , they need to remove this bad system , i don't know why other websites still working with this freaking ....

Spamming emails tho i never heard of it, little did i know they sending 20 of that same emails every minute

Yea I would like to if your incompetent system would actually send me one. I cant write the support nor create a new account because I ALWAYS have to verfiy my phone number, but guess what? I can't BECAUSE THEY ARENT SENDING ME A CODE

This websitw is an scam, when you enter your information like Credit Card, Debit Card they steal information of you. I contacted support that I couldn't purchase my orded because I didnt enter mail or something. He said :'Its okay place and mail' and smiles at end.After 2 days my father got call from Bank saying 2000$ was taken off. Reaason why I used ny father's card is because I'm not 18, this website is made in India, and it is a Scam website I don't reccomend it.

im a new user to shasso in which i had to make an account to access g2g and i logged in using my personal email to buy a video game.
everything went smooth & i have no issues.

this website is legit.

Trash site I wanted to sell my COD Mobile Account on G2G after I created my account a day after I recieved a notif from Shasso that SOMEONE WANTED TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD LIKE W*F!!! luckily they just wanted me to confirm but the fact that Someone had access to my current acount is S*IT this SITE IS BULLS*IT AND NEVER EveR GIVE ANY PERSONAL DETAILS TO THIS SITE IT IS NOT SAFE!!!!
