I recently done medication training course, under Sharp training centre. The course was very informative and helpful. Tracy ,my instructor was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. It made my learning more enjoyable and interesting. Now I feel more confident to handle medications safely and correctly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this course to others. I really appreciate Tracy's patience and support through out the training...You are excellent!

I had the best experience with Tracy throughout my SVQ training, and I couldn’t have asked for a better assessor. From the very beginning, Tracy has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and dedication to my learning journey. I just concluded my SVQ3 with Nicky, she has been a very great support to me throughout the duration of my course. I enjoyed my SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare training with Sharp Whalen Training Ltd. Tracy is a fantastic assessor and is always willing to help. Tracy explains complex concepts in a simple way and provided me with helpful resources that helped me understand the course very well. Tracy is very flexible in her method of teaching and works with her student in a way that suits the student's circumstances.

She took her time to read my assignment word to word to see areas I needed improvement right from the day I registered for SVQ training last year. I am much a better person in Healthcare skills than when I started.

My accessor Nikky was great, she offered me great support and feedback in a timely manner that helped me to finish up my NVQ in a short time. I absolutely recommend!

Throughout my SVQ3 training,Tracy always takes her time with my assignments and reply on time with no delay. She always takes her time to explain if I don’t understand at times. Very patient and kind. I’m highly impressed.

I completed my SVQ2 with the best assessor (Nicky) and it was a great experience for me. She supported me throughout my journey, from the induction to materials and take away fear from me and I was able to attain it in such a quick timeframe. Firstly can I say I'm not usually one of these people who tend to write reviews, but I truly feel I have to on this occasion and give credit where it's due. I recently did my SVQ3 and was absolutely dreading it especially as I didn't have a good experience with my SVQ2 (different company) . My assessor nicky was fantastic talked me through everything and was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She knew I worked full time so made it clear there was no pressure and I should do my work at my own pace, she was always on hand when I had a bit of a wobble and returned calls and emails basically straight away. I would absolutely recommend this training company to anyone they are fantastic. Thank you so much guys I appreciate all your help and I wish you all continuous success. Christine
