The trial worked perfectly then I signed up for a year and it worked well for 5 months. It has been not functioning at all for approximately a week and have not had a response from customer service. Stay away from this company.

Switched to sharktv after my other provider went out of business, it was fine at first but after renewing with the same package we have always had we lost half of our channels, no support, no response to emails. We wont be renewing with them.

downloads do not work. no response whe trying to chat. unable to use instructions a utube membership cancelled. Very unsatisfied, want a refund

Been a customer for two months. In that two months the service has gone down completely 3 times. 1 of those outages involved a server change to fix the issue. Customer Service is NON EXISTANT. They say 24/7 - BS! Have attempted to contact them many times - maybe 10% of the time I get a response, mostly ignored or the response is two or three days later. If you want frustration, poor service and little to no Streaming - this is the provider for you!!! Personally, I would call them scammers. TAKE YOU BUSINESS ELSEWHERE- THIS PROVIDER DOESN'T SEEM TO WANT IT!!!

This IPTV is scam ,,they stop my service after months and a half.because the enforce me to write good review even for their bad service, It's buffering all time and slow.
They took my money and stop my service. I have the receipt for the payment and my order number is 11474.

Top notch premium packages or if you want lower price ones they have that too. Customer service is great and I have been with sharktv.ca for almost 2 years. Thanks sharktv.ca

My service was being blocked by my internet provider. SharkTV's customer service was very patient working with me and always responded to my questions in a short period of time and spent time finding a solution. It's not just the service that is great but the product itself is fantastic.

Just love Sharktv. The level of service is off the charts. The guys at Shark really go out of their way to keep their customers pleased. I’ve been nothing but happy since this outfit was recommended to me and I highly recommend Sharktv to anyone looking for iptv viewing at its finest.

Hello I have been a customer of sharktv for the past 6 months on zeal package using Firestick. I'm very happy and continue to stay with sharktv.ca

If I could rate negative I would. Bought a box and 2 years from these frauds. They took my money, provided me with shoddy service that I attempted to contact them about. No answer. This has been going on since December. Finally the wife has enough and so I contact again yesterday. After 2 days I finally get a message saying my account was disabled because I left a bad review of their service. Unbelievable! Do not get this service. These are not Canadians. They are Scammers plain and simple.
Update April 8, 2025 was chatting with the scammers again today. He tried to get this review blocked but lost the battle to me! Lol. Seriously do not buy! You have been warned!

Shark TV is the most easy and convenient way for iptv, ive tried numerous providers before and shark tv is good. They helped me
troubleshoot and answer all my questions through the chat. I recommend them

That was my review a few months ago, after they were helpful and asked me for good review, now i edited to give them 1 star since then. I pay for the best packages and they constantly go down and if you try chat, they'll never answer. I dont recommend ever getting more than a month, youll loose your money. Better yet look elsewhere

So far,, very impressed. So many options at very good prices. I will be passing from Firetv to the Smart4k next month. I'll save 80$ a year from my previous IPTV service with a popular competitor. Same day help via WhatsApp, genuis. VPN service at 45$ a year, can't be beat!

The IPTV service is pretty good, the Stebemu App for this service is pretty weak overall but the worse part is not being able to get support in a timely fashion. And the attitude of the support team is THE most unprofessional I have ever experienced. Stay clear.

Update from the IPTV trenches ... after testing over 12 other services, this is the only one that actually offers the CATCH UP feature with any sort of reliability. The app interface is still very weak compared to other IPTV app offerings but we have become used it now.

Overall, for recent program updates, their usable Catch Up features and general stability of their feeds, I have to improve my overall rating today.

I have had many iptv sevices and Shark tv is by far the best fast little to no buffering and can watch with out a vpn with some packages they have great selection of channels, movies and series and great customer service oh and great prices.... but best of all they are CANADIAN... I would recommend Sharktv to anyone who is looking for a grear reliable iptv service.

I've been using SharkTV for well over and year and have loved it. Great apps, easy installs and customer service is great. Subscription renewals are speedy. I highly recommend.
