I have been researching coffee machines…
I have been researching coffee machines for two years now, but just couldn´t decide on the right one. Ninja came up on my Instagram feed, and I started looking at the different models finally settling on the Luxe. I LOVE IT!!!! It does exactly what I want...it is not so super automatic that I can´t make my own decisions, but it is soooo simple to use that I don't need to read the instructions every time I make a cup of coffee. It has enough options, but not so many that I will never use them all. Also, I do not need a coffeemaker connected to my phone, so that extra expense that comes with other machines is unnecessary. Thank you Ninja!

Order process was simple and easy and it arrived quickly too
This is on show in my kitchen therefore I’m a bit disappointed as the lid is scratched
And today when I used it the led display seems steamed up not easy to see clearly
My cooking turned out well so that’s the main thing 👍🏽
I tried to call and message the number in Ninjas reply but unfortunately cannot get through!!

I just got the Ninja Foodi 3-in-1 Hand Blender, Mixer & Chopper CI100EU (Black). I only plugged in to see if it works. It does. The shipment, the delivery and the packaging were perfect. It included all the accessories and condition were excellent. The appliance looks strong, powerful, ergonomic and easy to use.

Ninja's customer support is terrible
I ordered an ice cream maker and 2 ice cream storage containers, and the courier threw the device and the containers over the gate from 2 m height and they fell on the cement. Now I'm trying to contact ninja and there is a contact number that no one answers. It seems to me like a joke for customers who pay the price for a product and it ends up being thrown over the fence. Given that the carrier had my phone number. Ninja's customer support is terrible and offers no way to contact them by phone. Ninja doesn't care if the products reach customers intact.
