BRILLIANT...
BRILLIANT.... my shark handwand went faulty. I did all the checks found on the trouble shooting page to no avail so then filled in the online help form found on the same page. (Told my husband this reply would take a week lol). wow...I had a reply within the the hour and all sorted. My replacement part is on its way. The customer service is excellent. I can definitely recommend shark every time.

It did not arrive… checking up released a flurry of useless and meaningless communications- its on its way - couldn’t be delivered to your address so give us a better one - to the latest- couldn’t be delivered as it was never sent as there was no stock!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Do not use this company. I returned a product a month ago, which has been signed for, fully tracked. Still no refund and every time I contact them, they say it has been escalated and they will get back to me. I have lost count of how many times I have contacted them. It is £170 which is alot of money
Unacceptable delay to obtain a refund
I cancelled an order 10 minutes after purchase. 'A refund in 7-10 depending on the speed your bank processes them' They are fast but not Shark. On the 10th day they said the system didn't process it. It will now take up to 5 days. All my emails are ignored.
Spellbound
I was so impressed with the level of support that I had received from Shark so much so I couldn't wait to give them a favourable review.
But I was dumbfounded by the low ratings given by other reviews .I notice that several of the complaints were in relation to communicating by telephone but as I am hard of hearing I was communicating by email.
I can truly say that it was the best experience I have had in following up a guarantee claim regarding a faulty motor bearing on a vacuum cleaner , they requested evidence of purchase from Amazon and a photograph of the items I'd plate which I supplied.
The very next day I had a complete new vacuum cleaner inclusive of full warranty!
Shocking customer service
I recently bought a fan from SharkNinja. When it arrived I wasn't impressed with it so arranged to return it for a refund. Received an email to say they had received my return and would issue a refund. Two weeks later and now they are refusing to refund me as they claim I have returned the wrong item!
Frustratingly I took photos of the fan when I packed it up, but as SharkNinja told me they had received my return I deleted them.
Now at a stalemate, and struggling to get a response from anyone at SharkNinja.
PAID AND NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS
I paid & ordered the sharkninja vacuum auto empty on 17/6/2025, its now 22/7/2025, & i still havent received the vacuum. . I've contacted the Sydney number four times to be told I will receive it, & they will email me updates, none of which has happened. Even after speaking with the supervisor Francis i have still received nothing.Very dishonest company, I do NOT recommend ordering through them. I am reporting to consumer affairs as a scam...takes money but doesn't deliver anything. Would leave zero stars, if that was an option.
Risky business
I’ve been a longtime loyal customer of shark and ninja products. I live alone and I have 9 different sharks products for cleaning in my home currently. Yes I like to clean and I like to have the right tool for the job. I also have several ninja appliances in my kitchen. I have never really needed any customer service support from them until now. So I was not able to really speak on the service they provide or don’t provide. I had recently placed an order for a cordless vacuum directly from their website. Valued with the sale price just under $500. It was scheduled to be delivered to my residence as part of the sales agreement. I have had hundreds of parcels delivered to my home with no issues. I put in my request to have deliveries left in an accessible yet less visible entrance. As luck would have it, the parcel was delivered while i had been out of town for 2 days. My parcel was not there when I returned. According to the tracking code and the delivery company, it was delivered. However I didn’t receive it. I was told by the representative at shark that my satisfaction was their top priority, yet I was left with the responsibility of trying to track down a parcel I hadn’t laid eyes on. They suggested checking with the neighbors, obviously I had already done this. They also suggested to report to the local authorities. Well in the current social climate we are living in, you can imagine how little interest they would take, hunting for my parcel with absolutely nothing to offer them but that it was missing. It was also suggested that I reach out to the delivery company. They stood by the facts as they knew them, my order was delivered by one of their team and that was it. I sent a follow up to shark who claimed that my satisfaction was their top priority expressing my dissatisfaction and disappointment. I understand that there are plenty of people who could plead the same case and probably do, but I’m also aware of the shift that is happening globally to the hierarchy of economic status. But the fact that all of my appliances are registered with shark and ninja and my history as a loyal customer has no value, is disheartening and maddening. A company their size surely has some sort of insurance for loss and these potential circumstances arising. So my warning is buyer beware, be sure that when you order from shark, you are present the day it is scheduled for delivery, because should something go wrong, the risk falls on you. Had I known of their position on risk onus, I would have put my loyalty and my hard earned dollars a company that’s less risky, like pretty much every other company on the planet.

I would give zero if I could. I followed the return protocol for a pizza oven valued at £289. I dropped it off at the DPD pick up point at Argos store in Bristol. I was given receipts for the item and it appeared in my DPD app as dropped off. I had a text to confirm also. 11 days later and the app says the oven is still at Argos. I then spend the next five days contacting shark ninja, DPD and Argos including personal visits to the two latter to find out what was going on. I’ve just been fibbed off, get no reply or update from anyone’s customer services dept and each tell me to speak to the other. No one taking responsibility. I’ve demanded a refund from shark ninja as I’ve fulfilled my part of the return following the process and leaving it at their agent for pick up. Absolutely shocking service from all concerned.
Waited 15 minutes on call only to be disconnected
Update: Tried calling again and they resolved my issue and sent me a replacement. Earlier it was impossible to get through their customer service. But this time around I was able to connect easily and the staff was very friendly. Could be 5 star if they also allow live chat or email/whatsapp support.
Waited 15 minutes on call to get in touch with a customer rep but then they just disconnected me saying agents are unavailable. I called within their working hours. Poor customer service. My PowerDetect worked great but gets stuck when I try to replace the attachment for which I needed help.
Appalling Customer Service and Communication
The great sadness about dealing with this company is that the staff have not got a clue about customer orders and give rubbish standard reports of where your order is - they told me they had a warehouse issue and would get back to me - they had no idea that the product was out for delivery and unable check !
The product arrived and after such appalling customer service I decided not to use the item in case it was as bad as the service. It is happy in the refuse centre and I am free of the company - you only get one chance to make a first impression and this was appalling

When I ordered my steam mop on June 25th another item appeared on the bill- a electric fan. I immediately rang and cancelled-but a few days later both items appeared at my door. Since then I have had repeated phone calls, sent copious emails -and still no response.

I recently purchased the Shark HEPA Air Purifier 3-in-1 HC450UK and found it didnt work so contacted Shark and they advised me to return the item for a refund. They have since had the item returned to them since the 7th June and have been ignoring all my emails chasing my refund. I would avoid ever ordering anything from Shark unless you want to be robbed. I am still chasing this and my refund with no one responding to me. Shark is the worst service they I have ever had the unpleasantness of dealing with. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! They have the device back and still have my money
Ok for the price
Purchased this vacuum from the Shark website as description fit my needs. In particular for pet hairs and the non tangle feature and has proven already capable on both counts. It is a competent vacuum no doubt about it and at the offer price I considered it good value when compared to competition. The unit is relatively light and manageable for an average adult, emptying the collector is simple. My main gripe is with the settings' there being only two and even on minimum the power of the suction on some carpets makes the unit difficult to push if you're lacking in strength though overall whilst being satisfied had my mum purchased this vacuum for her own use she would have returned it.

I ordered a portable fan and paid for delivery, the delivery did not take place, they were unable to offer an acceptable solution as they no longer had any more of the stock available, and I was left with a wasted day waiting for a delivery and a wasted few days waiting for the product in general. The customer service representatives did their best but I was left with no product and no acceptable solution and the sense that, once Shark had taken my money, they no longer cared about anything further.

We ordered a blender and Shark ninja used FedEx service to deliver the package. The package was claimed to have shipped but we never received it or received real time notice of a delivery. Shark Ninja customer support said they will send me a replacement once I file a police report and claim through FedEx. Once I did that and contacted Shark Ninja they refused to help me. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
