While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I had shark AZ2002C upright vacuum cleaner that I bought for 500$ and used it for 1.5 years. Nozzle stopped working . You could always find sharks name in the top list for all reviews including CR but nobody mentions about the durability of this product. I even went to a local vacuum tech and was told that sharks are mostly unrepairable and he got lots of the product came for repair.
I love this company and I love the way they stand behind their products
I have their coffee machines, steam mops, their air fries, vacuums, food processors
Recently my electric steam mops stop working and they send me a new one without a question actually it was 7 months old and they could have said, sorry you don’t have the receipt and didn’t register this one so we can’t do nothing about it. I called the ask how can I fix it, I didn’t even mention return or exchange because it has been 7 months but representative said I have a good news for you
We will send you a new one just pay the shipping
I was so surprised! What a great company! I love companies that go over and beyond for their customers and I will buy more products from them
I already love their products but now I trust them completely
They said ALL their airfryers are PFAS-free. Lie!
These people barely speak English. I escalated to a supervisor and he didn't even know what PFAS is. CEO Mark Barrocas needs to stop being cheap and hire people who have a brain and pay them enough.
We purchased a SharkNinja coffee maker last year - it stopped working earlier this week and I contacted their customer service number. The person I spoke to was very helpful and offered to register my coffeemaker for me, since I had not previously done that. After troubleshooting, she determined that a replacement base was required. I followed their return/replacement process and was notified today (24 hours) that the replacement has been shipped. It turned up in less time than I was quoted - so I am very pleased.
I have had the worst customer service experience from shark ninja.
I purchased a hairdryer which was delivered to the wrong address. This was evident from the courier photo, which showed a partial different address.
I would imagine this would be straightforward for shark ninja to contact the courier but unfortunately it was not. I have been repeatedly informed by agents that this would be resolved on more than 5 occasions, exceeding deadlines given. I contacted the courier two weeks later and was informed no contact was made by shark, and I am out of the timeline to raise this. Another call to shark ninjas polite but useless agents confirmed I would get a refund. I then receive an email today saying as it was delivered to the correct address no refund. I have been on a three week loop of incompetence.
I would avoid buying anything from this retailer as it’s like dealing with a robot that does not listen .
Purchased a Shark robot vacuum and have had nothing but problems with the app used to control it and the machine doesn't do a decent job at cleaning at all. The thing was a total waste of money. Trying to get support from the company has been so frustrating as well. I brought up the issue of the useless app and heard nothing back. Trying to contact them on their website is frustrating so I gave up. I DO NOT recommend Shark if you want good customer service and a product that works.
