This Android app is a buggy
This Android app is a buggy, feature-starved disgrace that embarrasses the SharkNinja brand. Basic functionality like cleaning order, vacuum-then-mop sequencing, and per-room suction settings are nowhere to be found, yet budget competitors nailed these years ago. Whoever is making decisions at HQ should be ashamed. Stop burning money on marketing and hire competent senior developers to fix this insult to every customer who paid premium price for your hardware.

Ordering from the United States to be delivered in Spain
Daughter need a Shark for her trip to Spain because her American version doesn’t work in Europe. Called Shark advised them of the issue and they helped in using webpage to ordered it to be delivered to the address in Madrid. Quick service and fast delivery. Great customer service and product!

All good, the performance on eco is quite well and the battery is enough to clean the whole house (~ 100m2). It does feel more comfortable than the last Shark we had (one with the cable) as it’s not as heavy. The material seems like good quality too.
