Wonderful service ,i love in Scotland and i ordered birthday card and donuts for my daughter who lives in Dubai ,she never informed me they had been delivered on time and when I contacted sharethelove they immediately responded ,and the gift was delivered on time, my daughter was so happy with her cards and donuts .Thankyou so much

I had such a wonderful experience with Share The Love! I ordered a card, small toy, cake and balloons for my friend’s child’s birthday, and everything was absolutely lovely. The gifts were beautifully presented, thoughtful and perfect for making the occasion extra special.

It was such a lovely way to surprise them and make the birthday feel even more memorable. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail that went into everything!!

I ordered flowers and a gift including cards. All arrived within good time but the flowers didn’t all bloom and died very quickly. Some bloomed, some didn’t. I contacted the company via WhatsApp to leave feedback and was dismissed with generic flowers guidance. Very disappointed and even more so with the lack of genuine caring response. Credit where credit is due the cards I ordered were very good quality and I was very happy with them.

ordered a card which never arrived do not use

I ordered flowers on the 24th of Jan 2025 from a company called Share The Love, ensuring that my order was placed well in advanced for valentine’s day.

After the order was placed and payment occurred, i emailed Share The Love and got email confirmation that they would deliver to the exact address i required it to be delivered to, so that my partner would get her flowers on valentine’s day (14 Feb)

On Valentines Day, i started to worry late afternoon because my delivery still had not come. I called Share The Love and it was promised to me that the delivery would get to my partner before 6PM.
Based off this, we would ensure to be home before going out by 7:30 PM for our dinner plans.

However no flowers arrived by 6PM and we started calling, trying to get updates but then no one picked up our calls or responded to our whatsapp messages.

We waited in limbo as we were unsure to change our dinner plan times and wait for the flowers or to go out as per our set dinner time.

At 9 PM, we eventually got through and managed to get a new update whereby the lady informed us that the delivery would come in the next hour.

After no flowers came before midnight, we gave up on it and the next morning, still no flowers were received.

In the end, the flowers eventually got delivered but to the wrong address. Not the address from the email confirmation.

I personally then went to the incorrect address to arrange the collection Myself.

I feel this company has great products but unfortunately reliability needs to be improved upon. i placed the order 3 weeks in advance and they still managed to miss the delivery to my partner which is unacceptable.

If they struggling with high order volumes on valentine’s day with not enough staff then they should NOT keep accepting orders. The company should understand its limit to maintain quality and timely service.

This is the worst company. A card was made for Valentine's, and they sent the card to the wrong address and then claimed it was correct, showing a random picture of a front door, without the building name or the number of the door. Whatever the case, the door was the wrong colour. I asked what they would do and suggested that they would try to get it at 8pm on Valentine's night, without apologising. Absolutely awful service. Accept responsibility and send something to the recipient to apologise, is what they should have done.

Extremely poor delivery times and no compensation for late orders. At time of ordering (one week in advance) they ask you to pick a delivery date - don’t bother as it won’t come on that date and when you ask them about it they just say it’s due to a large number of orders. Don’t offer delivery dates and times if you are unable to meet demands.

I’ve both received and purchased cards, flowers, and gifts from share the love, It’s always been an exceptional service. High-quality products. Their speciality in personalised gifts and greeting cards being a real standout. Everything I’ve gotten or bought for others has been absolutely wonderful. Personally, I’m a huge fan of their personalised socks and underwear, perfect gag gift and never fails to get a laugh!

We had a family bereavement and a family member ordered us flowers. What an awful experience, first the delivery guy rang our doorbell consistently at 6.45am on a Saturday! Then the flowers started to die after only 3 days, we complained to sharethelove.ae and they asked what temperature we had the flowers in as if we don’t know how to look after flowers. We received many other bouquets that same weekend and all of them have been in the same room and are fine, whereas the flowers from sharethelove.ae died after 4 days! They are totally brown and smell bad. Will never order from them again! This is not the first time we have had this problem.

When I am asking about an order they respond timely. But when it comes to follow ups and confirmation they just left me at read without any reply. The only reason I bought from them was because of the personalized card. I was expecting it to be delivered yesterday or early today. I SHOULD'VE JUST ORDERED MY FLOWERS FROM DARCY's I have been ordering from them.

It was a mistake ordering from this website, once the payment is done, no one would reply to your messages and you only sit and wait for the order; I requested a different font only which’s 1 click only and went through nightmare; don’t recommend at all
