The support system is unprofessional and disappointing. Please use another website developer. The templates and designs are limited and there is nobody to put you through.
Our church has used Sharefaith since 2013. Building the website and keeping it updated is very easy. Integrating the contact forms, online giving, and uploading the sermons is simple we also use Sharefaith Presenter and linked it to our CCLI account. I use the graphics & social media pictures and am very happy. I do wish the SF Kids portion had newer lessons.
The customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. They bounce you around for weeks. I attempted to cancel the service and after months of letters and request was denied. They are not a part of the BBB for a reason because customers are not the main priority. They are aware of my view and I don't anticipate that this will matter just would like for others to be aware of their misleading ads and poor customer service.
I am sad to say that the service of this company makes it one of the worst I have ever dealt with.
When we signed up we purchased the Complete Suite with streaming features. Those streaming features add $150 more a month to the package below it. We ended up not using the streaming app and now would like to downgrade our membership. Most companies allow this online. Not this one. I opened a ticket with billing on 11/8, 11/21, 12/8 and I have called twice, once in between each ticket opening. Nobody has contacted me. No emails, no phone calls.
Fast forward to today. I call to speak to somebody. When I get a rep on the phone he gives me the same "I'll open a ticket and someone will call you" nonsense the last two agents gave me. This time I asked to speak to a Supervisor. He put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then popped back on and said one wasn't available and he would have them call me. Again, frustrated, I *kindly* explained that I was aggravated and did not trust that I would be called back and asked for a direct phone number. I explained that I would need to talk to somebody today or I would be cancelling my subscription. He said, "Well, you can certainly do that" and then HE HUNG UP ON ME.
There is nothing Christian about this company other than the people who they are mistreating. Run away as fast as you can!
Everything was wonderful until we tried to cancel the annual subscription.
Our small church just lost $540 in a fee that they will not refund.
Do not use this organization. Understand, the comments below are our experience which has been horrific. They changed their identity for the charges to our bank and it took forever to find out it was them. It is as though they are trying to hide all of the extra charges/fees. We canceled our account but they are still charging our bank twice a month. To me they seem to be the most dishonest, lying, deceptive, and manipulative organization we have ever had to deal with as a church. Maybe others have had good experiences but not us.
I wanted to test them out. Struggled to get registered. I had a back and forth discussion with support and eventually sent to another solution. Eventually in all this charged $185 as I did not cancel my trial within 2 weeks process. NOWHERE did I indicate I want to continue using them, however only option to test certain things was to enter credit card details. The biggest issue with them: Their utter indifference to my plea and explanations. Just a business like message sent to state basically that ''sorry'', no refund! I cannot see myself using them ever due to this.
Tried them on a trial…didn’t have what I needed so went in to cancel before trial was up, but only received error messages when trying to cancel, then was charged $158 and told there is nothing they can do to refund this balance. Scam.
Good products but poor support services.
Our church has used their services for a long time but if you run into issues, it's a challenge to get help from their customer service. The phone call holds are quite long and if you choose the option to get a call back when it's your turn, good luck. I called Friday morning and waited all day Friday, I didn't get a call back.
I feel cheated.
I just wanted to check out what they have to offer.
So I agreed to their free trial. After several days they automatically charged me for 50$, which is their not basic, but third most expensive plan.
To make things worse, I didn't find anything that I could use on their website, however it seems to be impossible to get my money back, even if I haven't used a single of their products.
I wanted to start a ticket with their support, but somehow it's impossible to send it. For some curious reason, I have failed Captcha security check like hundred times.
Makes you wonder...
I really suggest if you guys had a wordpress platform as well.
