Migration was super easy, Daniel in support has been fantastic with all my questions, even outside of office hours. I love their dashboard, which is quick and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend Sharedgrid to anyone looking for a great web host, with top-notch tech support.

SharedGrid is not only taking action instantaneously, and often proactively, but in one recent case, besides explaining what happened in the most transparent and honest way, they came up with a whole action plan on how they will prevent it from happening again—all tied to a very specific requirement that my website has.

I initially thought they were scammers all with the lack of many reviews and the fact that I've never heard of them before. I stumbled onto them by searching ryzen 9 hosting (im a gamer so I know how amazing AMD really is), and boy am I happy I did. SharedGrid is amazing in so many ways. I particularly appreciate their use of modern Ryzen 9 CPUs instead of older Xeon ones, and their modern control panel is a huge improvement over some old, overcomplicated alternatives. Their live chat support isn't handled by some random AI and the support team is genuinely knowledgeable.
I personally use their Premium shared plan, hosted in the New Jersey data center. Between their excellent uptime (I haven't noticed any downtime at all in the past three months), fast hardware, and their amazing control panel, I want to thank them for being the kind of company that bigger providers promise to be but never/maybe rarely are.
That control panel also has a dark mode, which might sound like a small thing, but for night-time use, it's like Aphrodite pouring cold water down my burining peepers and it's incredibly welcome. I can't thank SharedGrid enough, but really, thank you.
