Terrible Experience
Had a terrible experience trying to use their website. Slow, not user friendly, trying to navigate is appalling, and be careful as your item summaries don’t reflect what they are going to send you.
Confusing free gifts for spending a threshold amounts of £100 only to be told they are “coupons” and you can’t use multiple. Never had free gifts being described as coupons before.
Anyway, I won’t be using them again.

Excellent - Genuine Product - Fast Delivery!
I have used shapeshifter for the first time and I’m so glad I chose them. The product I wanted (ON Whey - White chocolate raspberry) was offered at the best price then anywhere else and to top it up I received my order in less than 48hours of ordering. I would be using them in future and would recommend them to others too! Genuine product and fast delivery.

Fast service
This is the first time I've used Shapeshifter Nutrition. I ordered some beef protein samples and checked the delivery details, I was sceptical at first having been promised fast delivery from other companies. The samples were ordered at 13.00 on Tuesday and they arrived on Wednesday, 24 hours later . Excellent service and super fast.

Quick and Efficient
Ordered the great price product on Monday morning, was processed quickly and shipped out Monday afternoon and received at my home address Tuesday afternoon.
First time ordering from here and won't be the last. Price and speed embarrasses established brands like Holland & Barrett and Amazon.

4 stars due to expensive out of date items
The most important factor for me is that it's important to be able to get factual information from supplement suppliers with regard to interactions not only regarding the products they sell but also the supplements one is already taking. Shapeshifter nutrition showed me a happy to help attitude to answer my questions, without fobbing me off with we don't sell that or want to put in the energy to help..I'm grateful for that. The products I've bought arrived in good time ,the only possibility of a hesitation is the selling of items clearly out of date or with no label at a too expensive price considering the dates ( ps I'm not sure of my date regarding use of site )

Thanks for your detailed review! We appreciate the feedback. Supplements in our clearance category are often past their best before, or damaged, we include this information clearly in the product description. Clearance products are often discounted to over 50% off their initial RRP.

Great customer service
I ordered El Jefe pre workout. It's a great pre workout. I got the one without alpha yo as that slapstick hard. There was an issue with the wrong pre being delivered. This was quickly sorted the very next day. The customer service is amazing.
