Scam purchased 15 days ago and nothing have a order number no one os will to help don’t waste your money

SCAM! They stole my money and their products are of HORRIBLE quality! I requested a return and provided all necessary info for a refund. They would not send me address to return, tried to give me a partial refund, and when I insisted on getting my $ back upon return of the products, they stopped communicating with me . I sent them 7 emails without a response! DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE!!!!

The item was not as advertised in their videos online. I tried to initiate the return process twice and they never responded. I'm currently disputing the charge with my bank. I read that they're using other company's videos to promote their product. THEY ARE FRAUDS. DO NOT ORDER!

I wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering as I am experiencing the same awful customer experience as a previous reviewer. I ordered 2 costumes and realised as soon as I’d open the packaging for one costume that it’s was dreadful quality and a horrendous fit.
I contacted customer service to request and refund and have been informed I am not eligible for a refund as I’ve opened the package. I too and being offered a partial refund but I’m still trying to fight for a full refund.
This is basically fraud as the costumes advertised are nothing like the item delivered. A complete sham.

I wish I could give zero stars. The sizing is so wrong. The cut is wrong. It’s see through. No lining. The flimsiest of fabrics. What a waste.

Hopefully this will save someone else from this scam. These are definitely not swim material, sizing is so off there's no way to even salvage it as a bodysuit. Customer service gives you the run around. Then declares the items unreturnable because you took it out of the mailer bag. Offer partial refund then ignore you, they say follow instructions on site, which tells you to contact customer service. A circle of lies.

I wish I could do a negative score. Worst mistake EVER!!! I purchased these bathing suits for a vacation I was getting ready to go on. Upon receiving I opened the bag to see a thin piece of unlined material that was so extremely baggy and no shape at all. After contacting the company thru a stream of 10 emails they said they could not refund my money because the bag (that it was shipped in) WAS OPEN!!!!! Who does that??? You get mail you need to see what is inside, right!!?? It was unbelievable!! NOW I have two oversized, non shaped, pieces of fabric that has to be thrown in the trash. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!!

My gosh, I wish I didn't make the same mistake as everyone here! I'm going back and forth with these people! I immediately emailed them when the package arrived, and after all this back and forth- "send pictures, videos, proof of payment, receipts", they said NO REFUND. Wasted my time and money. No matter how many times I told them I didn't even try it on! I explained to them I'm returning because the material is CHEAP! THIN! there's nothing to this crap!!! My panty liner underwear is better material than this. I hope other women see these reviews before buying. So sad I didn't do my research beforehand. Tik Tok needs to stop letting them promote this.

If I could give no stars I would. I contacted this company not even 24 hrs after receiving my package. The bathing suit material is paper thin and the sizing is beyond wrong. Now they are refusing my return, please note I didn't even put the damn suit on simply opened the crappy package it was in. This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They are using videos/images from TA3 Swim.

I would give 0 reviews. This is a SCAM! There is no material to the bathing suit, no nipple pads, not correct on sizes and there return policy is a total LIE.

Terrible!! Horrific!! Scam website!! I ordered from them before any real reviews were posted!! It took over two weeks to get my order, no email or any order confirmation. The swimsuit is a flimsy cheap piece of see through fabric that is not swimsuit material!! It has no bra padding or shaping panels!!

NOTE: This company is trying to rebrand as SwimLuv and SweetyPouch, as well as Remtica, DeepTorn and Gitfe! Don’t let them trick you!

False advertisement! This bathing suit is so THIN, it does no shaping whatsoever.
They stole pictures from TA3 Swim to trick you into buying. Not to mention, there are no sanitary liners on these bathing suits so who knows what could be on them, or if they’ve been previously worn and returned. Gross.

In addition, they provide tracking that shows no information for a week. I really thought I would not receive what I paid for. Customer service was rude.

I would give zero stars if I could. Lace thongs would have more support and if you don’t have a torso the size of an infant, there isn’t enough material to reach your nipples. Completely awful! I’m 5’6” and 130 pounds. This suit did NOTHING. It’s basically a slip. See through and all. Oh, and if you even opened the bag to feel the material of the suit, they won’t give you a refund. Make you send them a video to “prove it” before they’ll accept a return that you have to pay for yourself.

Unfortunately I ordered before doing research. After ordering, I read about a few people not receiving the product, and also how pictures were stolen from TA3 Swim.

I received my product- however it is not a bathing suit. It’s just a regular t-shirt bodysuit.

All photos, videos, ads & reviews are stolen from ta3 swim. This is a scam

My wife bought a swimsuit from here online. She didn’t do enough homework, and got scammed. Don’t order from here, it is a legit scam.
