I ordered the wrong size . I should have ordered a size smaller . They were very friendly and helpful in resolving the matter with an exchange for the rite size.

I'm not sure I trust these reviews. I ordered the vests and a t shirt, just to give myself a little more confidence, and when wearing underneath a t-shirt it's impossible to tell I have it on. I took three photos, vest, tee, and with nothing under a standard t shirt. My wife couldn't tell the three apart. I'm overweight by about 15kg, and expected better. I do sweat more when wearing it though, so maybe I'll help with the weight loss.

Company lies about shipping times, promising 1-2 day shipping. It’s been 2 weeks In my case since it shipped. Not to mention they pay for so much advertising but only use ai to respond to anything not a genuine real human response from anyone in he shaperluv group.

Ordered the wrong size and support was fast to fix that!

it took a while longer than expected to arrive not sure why - they said 3-5 business days but i called in and asked for tracking and then it showed up next day.. i assume there was a weather delay or something of that nature delaying the parcel.

the materials are exactly what i was looking for however, no fault to you all the size was a bit large to be honest. i order XL as my normal size is 2XL
they were a bit large on the shoulder straps i would prefer to order the large to verify the sizing fits correctly.

i ordered 2 blk and 2 white shirt and a the boxer brief the bottoms fit nicely just the shirt s are a bit long for me. would love to exchange if i can but definitely love these and i want to be comfortable wearing them.

I love the Beer Belly Shirts. Great quality and great fit. The customer service was excellent also as I contacted the team regarding a replacement shirt and was given 2 in very quick time without any hassle. I highly recommend dealing with this Shaperluv.

Customer service was able to help me locate where my package was delivered to pick it up.

I had not received product due to a shipping error. Contacted customer service and they made sure to reach out to the shipping vendor to expedite. Unfortunately the product didn't fit but Victoria almost instantly processed a refund to make things right for me. The customer service is top notch.

I give your marketing concept high marks. Your product which is the star of the show seems top shelf. Your prices are insane in a good way.
The areas for improvement would be shipping time and I'm still waiting on a return sticker to make an even exchange for a size smaller. XL to a L. You speak of a no hassle return or exchange experience but I'm not feeling it. Thank you for giving me a platform to express myself. Good day. 🙂

Original shirts rode up so I ordered the newer versions with the extra length. They were actually longer but the extra length was accomplished by lengthening the shoulder straps. The armpit holes are much larger and the top of the shirt is much lower than before. Lengthen the body of the rather than the straps

Being short one shirt and them replaced it for free they fit great

I made a mistake when I ordered tanks. I wanted to try the tshirt but I thought I select 2XL but I never changed the size. I noticed this when I received my order, that I had ordered a small. Victoria answered my email quickly and got the proper size sent out to me immediately.

Good morning have been wearing for a week and they are comfortable and help hold my hernia in without a belt I am going to be ordering again and trying 1 size smaller

I ordered the size I normally wear and found I needed a size smaller. Victoria gave me clear instructions on what information to provide so they could send the size I needed. The new ones were shipped out the next day. I am extremely happy with this purchase!
