I ordered the wrong size and after looking around on the website I followed the process for an exchange and the process was extremely painless and super quick. I am very impressed and good customer service says a lot about a company.

My tanks arrived fast, great material and I love the length. I ordered a 2x but probably should have got a xl for a tighter fit. The 2x is very comfortable and I seen the difference it made under my shirt but I need a tighter fit for working out so I can continue to wear these tanks during my weight loss journey as well.

The way my exchange was handle, superior level of customer service, I’ve almost never had that kind of attention, now that I know my exact size I would must definitely order again from you guys, thank you so very much!

Based on my experience, these guys know how to take care of customers. I sized myself with their tool but I think I was in between sizes. I work the shirts anyway, thinking maybe it was me and then was asked to rate my experience. When I submitted a comment that maybe their tool wasn't quite right, they immediately offered to send me the next size down. I tried them and they're great! Definitely buying more, not just because the shirts do what they say, but because this company treated me how I would hope is treat a client if mine. I couldn't possibly say enough good things about these people

Ordered an XL according to the size chart. Sent an email for and exchange and received nothing back. Four email later and still nothing. Had to submit a dispute from Revolut to get my money back because the Shaperluv customer support were useless.

I have recently been losing weight and the 2XL and the tanks were a little big on me and didn’t restrict my frame. I emailed and have had correspondences a representative name Victoria. She was very helpful with getting my size corrected and sending me all the information I need.

Great company, don’t be afraid to order a little small

The product is good quality material and fits well. Only issue was the shipping time which I understand due to the ongoing current disruption in global logistics.

What impressed me is you guys know how to shoot straight and, had no problem taking care of this new customer so, even if I’m not completely satisfied with a product you're smart because, you move to fix the issue and that’s very important because ppl will easily do business with a company like this….NORMALLY 💯!

Poor quality. I should have known better, but I figured I’d give them a shot. Turns out they poured all their money into marketing and PR instead of product quality.

The order was processed quickly shipped quickly and it got it quickly I got the wrong size which is probably my fault but other than that I had a great experience

Horrible hidden tactics sure you say something is free then charge a monthly fee for it. Tanks still role barely Any shapping happens feels like its just a smaller tank. I have found better shapers on temu

Doesn’t fit and charged me monthly subscription that was not listed as part of the original sale. When asked for refund, they gave partial or told me to pay return shipping and have a hefty delay before possibly getting full refund. Most people opt into partial refund to avoid the struggle of shipping it back. Now a few weeks later I got another charge in my acct for a membership I never signed up for. This is not something you select. Not part of some small text I missed. This is just a legit scam.

The folks at ShapeLuv are top shelf. Victoria was responsive to all my questions and when the garments arrived and didn’t fit, she was instrumental in resolving my issue.

Customer service is great and I’m a very happy customer.

Well for one.... Emailed and no response! 2 you can not talk to a real person. 3 I have gotten multiple pricing for the same things I was going to order all 3 times.4 customer service horrible. Period.! And ALSO I SEEN A REVIEW THAT HAD MY NAME TAGGED TO IT.... IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT ME!!.
