Professional competence outstanding, handled complex requirements brilliantly The entire team, from the architect Natalia to the surveyor Tony and Conrad the engineer, provided excellent support to the build teams, which meant that there was no downtime waiting for calculations to be provided. Everything went very smoothly, and we're thrilled - we've already recommended Shapehouse to our friends and family.

Great company to work with on there project

We used Shapehouse for our rear extension, kitchen fitting and new WC. We had to change the layout and interior design mid way through the project but the Shapehouse team were very flexible in working with us to achieve this.

Our project manager and builder were professional, always on hand and the company were quick to resolve any issues we had.

We are now very much enjoying our new open concept space and very pleased with the layout that was designed.

Fantastic Experience with ShapeHouse

I had ShapeHouse help with a renovation project recently, and they were brilliant from start to finish. The whole process was really straightforward, and they made it so easy to bring my ideas to life.

The design stage was great – the architect really listened to what I wanted and came up with some clever ideas I wouldn’t have thought of myself. They were also happy to make tweaks until everything felt right, which I really appreciated.

The building work was done to a very high standard, and the team were friendly, reliable, and clearly knew their stuff. I was kept in the loop the whole time, so there were no surprises, and everything stayed on budget, which was a relief.

The finished result is even better than I imagined – it’s completely changed the feel of my home. I’d definitely recommend ShapeHouse to anyone looking for professional, hassle-free renovations.

Shapehouse —- The worst company I have encountered in my 35 years of construction experience -
Had to terminate their contract early as their incompetence was shocking -
Hung doors upside down - photos available if evidence needed -
Installed garage doors without support lintel
Would not or could not finish porch installation -
No work completed on programme - a 4 month project took 12 months ?🤔
Quality of workmanship poor eg -Painted over new switches and sockets they installed -and bathroom tiles ordered incorrectly - not enough 😂😂
New kitchen installed incorrectly - they were unable to read drawings ?? 🫣🫣
No communication from owners. No awareness of what customer service is !!
All they wanted was money upfront to cash flow their toxic business -
So glad we got competent technicians in to complete their works -
My Advice — DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Been working with these guys for a little while now and haven’t found any issues with anything we’ve done. Extremely professional always do what they say they’re going to do!

Shapehouse provided my designs, took me through planning and completed my extension and remodel on budget and within the time stated. Very happy with Zak and the office team too for keeping me constantly informed. The payment system was fair with smaller weekly payments as opposed to the large upfront payments we were quoted by other builders. Work was of an extremely high standard. Very polite and solid work ethic, oh and spotless tidy up too, bonus. Highly recommended, and will get family to use them also going forward.

The staff in the office and team doing the work were very professional. They communicated with my family and myself the whole way through the job within the timescales promised in completing the job. Would definitely recommend.

We brought our house at the end of last year and always knew we wanted a loft conversion. We started speaking to ShapeHouse once we knew our sale was good to go. They helped from the beginning with our planning through to the build. The site team were great and left our home tidy every day as well as talking to us about how things were going regularly. We had small issues with our party wall but ShapeHouse were quick to sort on our behalf. We will be a returning client if we ever have further works done.

Never easy jumping into a renovation but ShapeHouse made it easy. Having the office team and site team helped massively when it came to answering our questions. We love our new kitchen! Would highly recommend ShapeHouse

We love what Shapehouse have done for us, our project is amazing and we are thrilled. We found Gez and the team really helpful and very contactable. They had some great ideas, that really enhanced the final result. We did have some issues during our build, but they were always there to sort everything out for us, and they never let us down. During the build the site was kept clean and tidy and they left us in a livable condition at all times. The workers were all courteous and friendly. Best of all we love it!

Shapehouse was an absolute dream to work with on my double storey extension, the guidance and advice I personally received from Gez and Juliet was outstanding, the knowledge he’s possessed was beyond impressive, we had a lovely 2 extra bedrooms and two bathrooms added, the site was alway immaculate, it’s very terrible to hear some people have poor things to say about shoe house, but for me I’ll never use another company again, the pleasure really was all mine. I would highly recommend, thanks to all the shape house team
