Really cheap material no support falsely advertised. Really unhappy customer.
Also to return items U have to post to china which will probably cost what U have paid for the bras in the first place.
It's a con.

Worse bras ever I wish I had read reviews before buying this load of old tat! Send them back at your own expense! Sizing all wrong , If you see them on tick tock you cannot write anything on the message board can understand why not enough room to write about the badly made bras .Please do not buy

If I could leave no stars a would. Poor material. No support and an 3XL is too small put it on and the straps are to short. If I could post the image of it on without being blocked I would. A waste of money avoid at all costs

AVOID AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
This company sent me 4 bras not the correct size. They were STATED to be 2xl (which is not what I ordered) but they wouldn’t even fit my daughter who is a medium. I’ve been told when I asked for the returns process that the company state to size up so they sent bigger sizes. They were actually about 3 sizes smaller!!! I even wondered if they had put them in the wrong bags. All they are offering me is a 30% refund or I pay to return them myself but I have to use the returns company that they specify as they won’t accept returns from anyone else.

Rubbish bras unable to return as no confirmation email for order or paperwork. Sent email to their ‘contact us’ address NO RESPONSE. So DO NOT PURCHASE!

Sizing chart wrong so ordered a size that did not fit tried again ordering larger size. They then sent a size I did not order

If I could choose 0 starts I would. Didn't even have to try the product on. Couldn't be more dissatisfied in the product but the poor excuse for customer service topped it off. Bra sizes don't even come close to what label them and how they describe. They tried to use an excuse that they come a size larger as if it was enough and flimsy is an understatement. To make matters worse, the cost of returns, even if never tried on, are the customers responsibility. I will make it a mission to make sure as many women as I know do not by from this manufacturer.

No response from emailing as I had predicted despite sending three emails, as other reviews claiming to be in USA but so evidently China and wished I’d reviewed before I spent my hard earned money!

Absolutely terrible, do not buy anything from here! I ordered some bras over a month ago which took weeks to arrive. They arrived on 09/02/2026 and having tried a couple on I contacted the company as the quality of them is extremely poor, they don't fit (despite sizing up) and a couple of the colours are not as advertised. I have contacted them countless times to try to return them and having sent a photo as requested have been told they have not received it. After sending the photo for the 15th time they have finally given me a return address (04/03/2026) in China which I now have to pay to return too. Ridiculous that I will probably ahve to pay almost as much as the order to send them back. Really unhappy.

The bras are flimsy .No support in them at all . Cheaply made. Absolutely dreadful . Nothing like the pictures on pin interest . False advertising !

Poor quality, poor material. Having to wait over 14days for delivery, my order arrived, flimsy material and no support. The photos are very misleading on their website. Also their refund policy and terms of service are unable/do not exist. Then being informed to obtain a refund, I need to return them to China at my own cost about £10!! I'm going to send my order of 5 bras, worth approx £28 to a bra charity. So, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company

I really must learn to STOP buying from these sub standard Chinese sites. The size on the product stated XL but is nothing like it. The cup size is supposed to accommodate a DD bust size but is more like a B cup size. REALLY REALLY rubbish. DO NOT waste your money. They are cheap for a reason. AND they take ages to be delivered.

This has been a very dissapointing experience. The sizing is very small and when asking to return and get the right size, I get sent an address and told that all shipping is my responsibility. Will not buy from them again and I suggest you dont either.

Avoid, avoid avoid. Sizing totally inaccurate. Inferior manufacture sent from China. Refund only if you return by registered post which will cost you more than the refund. Will either give straight to charity shop or throw in bin. In my opinion, this product is a total waste of time and money.

What a rip off,poor quality, made for the ample bosom ladies too ,I think not ordered largest size 5xl & no way could I wear them and as be as comfortable as ad say,do not waste your money or time...shouldn't be able to trade

Terrible quality, not even poor fit as they don't fit at all.
I've fallen for buying cheap chinese rubbish again, but I will hound them until I get a refund. I should have read reveiws first, I hope others do.

Count yet another dreadful experience with Shapechic. The products are crap -- ill-fitting, low-grade material, and no US presence other than a PO Box in New Mexico. Sure, you can get a refund if you have original packaging and jump through other hoops...if you mail the items back to China at your own expense which costs more than the bras themselves. I cannot believe the reviews praising these items are authentic. My experience, like most everyone else here, is that this is a company to avoid!!!

Do not order from this company
The product is rubbish. Wrong size and no support. Then told to pay for return before a refund can be given. The return address is china and will cost as much as I paid to return them ! Fuming!!!

Clearly a scam, completely false advertising, the bra's are horrendous quality and nothing like what is advertised
