This company sends you the wrong product and you pay for the original product but they send you fake heads people beware these people are crooks thieves, and they get away with it. Do not buy their products besides they took two months to deliver. If I would’ve known I would’ve seen all these reviews that would’ve helped me. Decide not to purchase anything from them. People be aware

Wish I had checked here first before purchasing. How does this company get away with repeatedly sending the wrong product, then putting you through the motions of pretending like they care by asking you to send a picture, then looking at the picture and still denying they sent the wrong thing? This is an absolute scam.

Absolute Scam. As per other reviews I have just read, I had the same experience. Ordered Suction Cup Hooks, got the Screw In Hooks and customer service has denied any wrong doing and telling me to "keep the product or give it as a gift". It's a circus. And they have charged me in USD. My order should have totalled $47.97AUD and I have a charge on my credit card for $92.47AUD. Stay clear!!!!

Like other people write here, they send you the wrong product and just denies it upon arrival. Took forever too get the hooks, no suction cups, needs wall mounting, and they just basically said F O.

DODGY!!!!!!!! do not purchase from these scammers they advertise one thing then send you a completely different item! and dont bother contacting support, clearly a bot!

I ordered suction hooks and received screw in hooks. The order took 12 weeks to arrive after I followed up with them.
I have tried to contact customer service who have told me that I should “consider giving it as a gift” if I’m not happy.
I’m awaiting resolution and have been told it will “take a long time, so it’s better to keep the items”.

Don’t order from this company. I placed an order for suction cup hooks and received screw in hooks after waiting 4-5 weeks to get them. I emailed customer service and sent in a picture of my order receipt and the hooks that were sent, response back was that received the correct order. Don’t order from this company! What a rip off!

Scammers - do not use - they send wrong screw in hooks instead of suction ones and refuse to refund

Suction cups do not exist! They respond to emails telling me to 'have a nice life' and that 'a refund would cause them problems in their job'

I'm seeking legal advise, this cannot and should not happen.

0rdered 2 sets of suction hooks, advertised as requiring no tools and no holes. What they sent were not suction hooks. They came with screws and an allen key and required holes to be drilled to install. Via their very opaque complaint system which i suspect is all or mostly done by bots) requested they rectify their mistake and either exchange or refund. They have refused claiming their product is 'up to standard' even though it is not what they advertised and not what I ordered. Disgusted by the whole experience

Order hooks with suction cups and was sent standard wall mount (screw in) hooks. Shape-Grass does not respond. I spent about 50 bucks on something I could have bought for 10 at the hardware store. TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered suction cup hooks but regular hooks were sent that require drilling. I can't use these. SCAM. I also have not received a response to my emails for resolution. With shipping and conversion to Canadian dollars I spent almost $50 for something that you could get locally at most hardware stores for $10.

Good shoes. My son is rough on shoes but held up fairly well! The blue is a little bit more purple.

These colorful shoes are fun and brought joy to my little one's eyes. She really enjoyed looking at the lights. The velcro made it easy to secure, and us great for those kids who can't tie their shoes yet.

I ordered 1 & 1.5 sizes larger than my daughters normal size after reading all the other reviews, however I didn’t need to. My daughter ended up in the same size as her regular shoes. She has a pretty normal foot width and we got the wide width. Overall they’re a high quality tap shoe.

My daughter really likes these. Comfortable material and Velcro makes it easy for her to take them on and off herself. Had them for a while now and they have held up good. I've even ran them through the washer and let them air dry. No issues.

I love these shoes. They are so cute. I have long and narrow feet so the idea of not being able to tie them concerned me. I ordered a 10 but they were to short so I had to exchange them for a 11. The length was good but my heal slipped out a little when I walked. I pulled the elastic laces tighter, tied a knot in it and tucked it under. Now they are perfect and they still look cute.
