5 star due to customer service. Ordered the retractable tape measure due to brand. Came slightly damaged due to transit. Customer service were very helpful have a 50% refund and said if the damage gets worse or affects operation to get back in touch. Very helpful

Amazing flavours
These shakes taste great. I particularly like the strawberry and banana flavours. No messy measuring out as they come in individual sachets. Smell amazing and taste amazing and also quite filling too. I will definitely buy more and I suggest buying a pack that has a few flavours so you can find your favourites.

Lots of choice
Lots of choice, worth trying each one of the different products to see what you like. Customer service are very helpful. Delivery is quick and I would definitely recommend. If you stick to the plans the weight does come off without feeling hungry. I have lost 7lbs in two weeks on the Total Plan.

Best diet bars I’ve tried for a long time
Have tried 4 different bar flavours- cookie crunch, caramel crunch, strawberry crisp and the muesli and white chocolate. All of them delicious and very filling. I have tried lots of meal replacement bars over the last few years after being a number one fan of Exante which sadly closed. These are the best bars that I’ve tried since! They don’t upset my stomach either which as an IBS sufferer is very important. Will definitely be repurchasing!!

I've done the Cambridge Diet before
I've done the Cambridge Diet before, so I decided to try "shake the weight." I liked the products better, especially the bars, and the meals weren't bad either. I've been on it for six weeks now and have lost 2 and a half stone! My only real complaint is that the bars I liked the most were often out of stock or I had to wait for them to come in. If they could fix that, it would be a lot better.
