Customer care is not the very best.

Only giving one star because it’s impossible to give none.
I ordered a small value item from AliExpress. They contracted with EVRI to deliver it but the parcel was not delivered to my address. The photo of where they left it was not my front door. I asked neighbours but they didn’t receive parcel. AliExpress said it was down to EVRI & they said it was down to AliExpress. Neither will accept responsibility. I did not contract to EVRI, Aliexpress did - therefore they should sort this out. Despite telling AliExpress countless times that the order is NOT complete they have marked it as such and will NOT refund. As they know that I never received the delivery, refusing to refund me amounts to theft. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER NO MATTER HOW ATTRACTIVE THEIR PRICES.

Bought a stove, said guaranteed 5 day delivery. 5 days came and went, no contact from seller after numerous emails, ended up putting a dispute in via PayPal to get my money back.

Always found this company to be really good but I've just had an order closed and not received my goods and no response from the seller.

Nothing more than selling fake goods. You, Alibaba and Aliexpress and along Ma Yun should go to hell.

I was using Aliexpress for many years. Never had any problems. It is always recommended to read reviews and see the real photos of the product before placing order.

They will scam you! I bought parts for my robot vacuum cleaner and it said it was for F9 D9 robot vacuum cleaner, but it didn't fit. I searched for D9 parts. The seller now claims that it is only for F9. I can see that you can buy a package off parts that says F9 D9 and i know that it can only fit one of them. Thet just want to sell something no matter what and their changes increase if they can make you believe that you are buying the right thing. I am never using AliExpress to buy something again if i don't get my money back!

Warning, never buy at Aliexpress.com. I bought two defective items at different times - the products did not work. I Raised a Refund case. Submitted all the documentation they asked me to send. Each time with the result that refund was rejected, they dont allow time to try items, in the end i closed my account and will not buy anymore from them it is easier and cheaper to buy local instead

I have ordered a more than 90+ days ago a watch on aliexpress. I didn't receive it for a very long time, so I went to aliexpress, I couldn't open a dispute there, so I've contacted the support, they told me that I should have open a dispute, and now they can't make a refund...

Horrible support, I haven't received my money back, it's only $5, but well I feel scammed... They gave me a document were it was sad that post office can't track orders without tracking ID and they told me to go post office to make them sign this.

I ain't gonna go anywhere right now it's covid-19 and I won't stay in a line for a pice of paper so that they give me back my $5... it's ok keep my $5 but I feel scammed so for that you will have a terrible reviews from me on internet and I ain't gonna order anymore on aliexpress.

I'm shocked how bad their complaint / resolution service is.

It looks deliberately designed to restrict everything - explanations, evidence, and resolution justifications.

My case was pretty clear cut, missing parts. seller accepted and promised to send but didn't (and couldn't give any evidence on request). There was also a delivery date guarantee which even the parts that did arrive didn't meet, and the missing parts are still missing months later than that guarantee date. I request partial refund, seller counters with promise to send again which I decline. Aliexpress counters with $0 refund and no explanation. I appeal with a lot more information by taking screen shots of documents to get around their evidence restrictions, Aliexpress closes the case with $0 refund and again no explanation.

I have bought many other products before from their marketplace using the same account, apparently that doesn't help either.

they mostly sell rubbish and low quality product. they have policy to protect sellers from negative comments. the photos of the product look amazing. once you received desired product you realized you've been duped into buying cheap junk.

I ordered tripod from Zomei Official Store on Ali express. Photo looks like it's a real deal - they advertise it as professional aluminium tripod. I paid this junk 29 euros (2 pcs 58) to realize that only tripod's legs are aluminium but other part were made of cheap plastic. JUST DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with aliexpress.

Total scam! I was sent filthy items and provided photographic evidence of that. However in order to get a partial refund I had to return the items and pay the £20 return postage!!

Exceptionally bad!! None of the items that i ordered arrived. I'm without items and without the money i spent on it!!!! All the damn order numbers look the same, they dont have separate order numbers, this should have already rang alarmbells, the same way it should ring alarmbells that they have different accounts here on trustpilot, with different name spellings that conceal or hide their 100% bad reputation!!! And this is fooling a great number of people! Trust pilot should prohibit them from opening so many damn accounts. Coz it is not honest as it does not reflect their honest reviews and reputations.This review is for the pair of shoes. I will leave a bad review on each of their accounts, coz i dont know which is the correct one, for each of the items that i didnt receive, seeing as how they do not have separate transaction ID numbers!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

I have waited for 3 months for a USB cable. I usually prepared for a wait when I order from similar cheap sites, that deliver from China. But that was waaay too long. Still, the product was the cheapest online, and the delivery was free, so it's not all bad.

Most of my orders have come through perfectly fine. However, it's been 6 months since my order was processed and I still haven't received some of the items on the list. Advice; it's a gamble with some items so don't spend too much cash, also be prepared to wait a long time.

I have ordered an item on the 23rd September 2017 (32 days before) and still not delivered. When I wrote to Aliexpress they sent me a link which mentioned that it's been shipping 20 days now but I have not received it yet! I never had such an experience with any other company through internet. Normally I always recieve within a week. My big mistake is that I did't read about them before ordering so it's definately my fault. If ever I recieve I will let you know!!!!

Good prices, but sometimes the delivery is too slow. Normally we get orders in 1-3 weeks. Approximately one of five orders goes to nowhere. In this case after a month or two we get our money back after opening a dispute. We are buying cheap items, because the warranty issue is a little bit questionable.

wow, thoes prices...LOL, I've really become an adict of aliexpress. a lot of things for few bucks
