100$ charges in DUTY/CUSTOMS?
Yikes… what happened to this brand? Bought a cute pair of sweatpants only to be told upon delivery that I owed 100$ to UPS for customs/duty? I didn’t even get a heads up email whereas a delivery company like DHL would, like really? upon delivery? I’m a Canadian, and I’ve ordered from shadow hill before with no problems? So shady and scammy.
Will NEVER be ordering from shadow hill ever again & I urge my Canadians to do the same unless you want a big customs charge surprise.
Unreliable
Ordered from them in the past and had no issues. Now all of a sudden I’m experiencing the same issue as the rest of the people leaving negative reviews. ITEM NOT RECEIVED. Tracking label was created but no updates to it so far after 2 weeks.
Didn’t do what they said they would
I put in my shipping address later realizing that I would not be there at the time of delivery. I emailed them to see if they could change the mailing address on the package and the nice person I talked to said that they updated the address. My package was still delivered to the original address and unfortunately that address is in a different state and I will not be going back until next month. I will say they responded quickly and very kindly.

worst brand ever, ordered from them 5 years ago and had a really nice experience so I decided to buy again. But this time it was never shipped, so I asked for a refund but they haven't even respond to that they just stated that there was a delay in production
Live Love Shadow Hill
I have a shadow hill hoodie in probably every single color. I have ordered 20+ items from them and haven’t had a problem ever. They always have great discounts and promo codes and their customer service is great. I just got a new carolina blue oversized hoodie and forgot to enter my discount code, emailed them, and they refunded me for the amount of discount within 24 hrs. The absolute besttt!!!

Yesterday I ordered some gifts and could not get the promo code to take. I immediately sent an email to customer service. I got a refund for the amount the promo code would have given me in the afternoon the SAME day!!!!! Great customer service.
Horrible customer service
Ordered a sweatshirt for an event, it was way to large so I returned it in hope for an exchange for another size. Took customer service a million years to get back to me. Once the item was returned, I had not heard back about an exchange or credit code. I tracked the item and it has been sitting at the warehouse for 2 days now. I reached out multiple times about an exchange code and no response. So now I'm out $65 and no sweatshirt lol. Horrible customer service. Will not be purchasing from here again and will advise others to not either.
Absolutely vile
Borderline illegal. This is the only real way I can explain this company. I purchased $200+ worth of clothes from Shadow Hill. After about a week of not getting a shipping email, I reached out, and from there I was told "everything" I ordered was out of stock. If something is out of stock, why even have it on the site?! Anyway, if I had not reached out, I'm assuming they wouldn't of bothered doing it themselves. Furthermore, I was only offered an exchange or store credit as the company does not do full refunds which is extremely sketchy. Of course now mostly everything is out of stock on their site and it doesn't look like they have restocks often so I can't even use the store credit and I'm out of $210. This feels like a scam (lets be honest, it is) and I really do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. I should've read the reviews.
Unreliable
I ordered a hoodie over two months ago and it still has not shipped. I have asked a twice for a time frame on when it will arrive or even be shipped but both times responded with they are busy with the sale and do not know. The last time I asked them for a time estimate they ended up just telling me I will be getting a refund in the next few days

GOD AWFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY USE UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WHICH IS TERRIBLE. VERY VAGUE TRACKING UPDATES THAT DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU A LOCATION OR EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE. IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORDERING I WAS GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER THAT SAID "A LABEL WAS CREATED". AFTER A WEEK WITHOUT FURTHER UPDATES I FINALLY DECIDED TO EMAIL THEM TO ASK WHEN THE ACTUAL PHYSICAL PACKAGE WOULD BE SHIPPED. MYSTERIOUSLY A PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO A UPS FACILITY A FEW HOURS LATER. AFTER WAITING NEARLY A MONTH FOR MY ORDER TO SHOW UP I OPEN IT TO SEE THAT THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE SHIRT (MEDIUM INSTEAD OF LARGE). IT IS WAY TOO SMALL. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT THEY PURPOSELY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE FULL KNOWING I COULDN'T GET A REFUND. UPON TRYING TO INITIATE A RETURN I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT MY ORDER NUMBER COULDN'T BE FOUND IN THEIR SYSTEM. I THEN SENT THEM A MESSAGE THROUGH THEIR CONTACT US STATING WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THAT I WAS DISAPPOINTED. SHORTLY THEREAFTER THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT JUST SAID SEND IT BACK TO US AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. NO APOLOGY, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THEIR FAULTS, NO OFFER TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I CHECKED A SHIPPING ESTIMATE AND IT'S NOT EVEN WORTH IT TO SEND BACK AS THEY ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT AND WILL EXPECT YOU TO PAY SHIPPING A THIRD TIME AND WILL PROBABLY SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEMS AGAIN. I'D RATHER JUST DONATE THE SHIRT TO THE SALVATION ARMY WHERE SOMEONE CAN MAKE USE OF IT. THEY ARE FULL BLOWN SCAMMERS SPREAD THE WORD.
Varied experience
Feel like the experience can be really varied... I’ve ordered from here twice now and the first time it took a month to arrive. However the second time it only took 10 days which is reasonable considering it is coming from the US. As far as the quality goes I think it’s pretty good! It is annoying though that it is hard to figure out what size to buy! I had to go on their Instagram and see what other people were saying.

Item arrived a month late. I asked their customer service for an update and they sent me a different orders tracking number to a different country. To be fair, they did offer me store credit for the delay but I did not take it because by then the item had already arrived. Also, I've had the item for about a month and I have only worn it once and the brand lettering on the chest is has started to peel off..

Worst service I’ve come across
Worst brand ever.
Ordered over a month ago. Never received an update so I reached out. They replied that they have no idea when it would get delivered and didn’t provide any explanation.
I stayed patient then followed up again asking if it would arrive over the next two weeks otherwise I MAY have to cancel.
They went ahead and cancelled without my approval. Then emailed me back to say so because they still have no idea when it could possibly be sent out.
Never came across a clothing company before who can’t provide a shipping window.

Their site doesn’t even have proper sizing charts, contact info, or delivery info. Should have seen these red flags.
Such a shame because I was excited to order from them and would have gladly posted to help the brand grow. Communication would have been appreciated, that’s all.

No Refunds, Low Quality
I ordered a Kappa track suit. It is much lower quality than other track suits I have gotten from Adidas or Nike but is overpriced. Style is out of date, wish I didn't order. Ill-fitting. They do not refund you for products. If they had any faith in their product they would offer returns. Don't order from them!
Horrible service
Horrible service. I have been emailing Shadow Hill multiple times and had placed the order in October of 2020 and it’s now January 2021 and none of my items have even been shipped. I am very concerned as I spent a big amount and I have not received anything yet. What’s more annoying is that they keep sending useless deals and offers instead of just shipping the order. Mind you that this order was placed in the U.S only and I still haven’t gotten any updates and it is genuinely sad because it was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone. I would request them to AT LEAST answer the emails and let me know instead of keeping me in the dark.
