Great experience!

Recommended - refreshingly good customer service! I was a little nervous about ordering an expensive coffee grinder from a company that seemed quite new, but their pricing was really competitive. I emailed to ask a few questions about delivery times etc and Josh (their founder) personally responded which reassured me. The grinder was delivered really quickly, and Josh even advised on calibrating the grinder for the first time and how it would differ from the one I was upgrading from. Overall, a surprisingly good experience from start to finish.
