I won and requested withdrawal of $250 on February 9, 2025. At this time I was told that it would be a three business days’ wait. It is now eight days later and every time that I contact the help group they advise me that they are slightly behind and will be sending an email to advise me of when the payment will be made. Judging from the reviews of other players, this casino seems to be a scam.
Google shows that it’s based out of Berlin, Germany, yet at the same time you see that it is based out of the Philippines. My advice to everyone is to contact your App Store or Google Play Store and advise them that this is a scam and to remove the app from their catalogue. Also file a complaint with your local gambling regulatory body in order to shut them down

Played with a bonus and won over $2000 on jan 19th 2025 and withdrew $750. It is now feb 11th and nothing yet. My winnings are still sitting there live chat does the run around and says it won't be much longer and there's nothing that they can do to speed it up, too just be patience. Well on there site it say within 3 business days your payment will be processed. Brutal scam site. Stay away don't deposit her.

I won 8500 euros and they are not paying!!
They only allow you to request 500 euros per day up to 3 times.

However, once you request a withdrawal they say it takes 3-4 business days to approve it + 2-3 business days to get the money in the bank.

I only received 1 single 500euro payment after 20 days.
It is so agonising to not be able to withdraw. They delay so that they want you to play it again and lose it all.

But I will stress the hell out of them until they pay me fully and I'm out of here forever.

Where do I start gosh!?! The live agents are clueless contradicting one another, not knowing your deposits, not giving the obvious deposits like 100%matching bonuses.
I was told to email yes email support and they have not responded for two days.

After the deadline, I would contact them again, and they would give me a new deadline, and then another one. They just keep holding back the payout from the bettor.
