I used to be Telenet customer and was 'taken over' by SFR in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert... Not by my choice! SFR has terrible customer service. Frequent technical problems with internet access (last huge 'blackout' with no Internet access at all was 19/January/2017). No replies to e-mails sent to customer service @gestion, I also have permanent problem with upload speed (it's barely half the speed they declare for my plan: I have 1,3MBit instead of 2,5MBit) SFR told me this is normal! because it's within their accepted technical limit! and it's written in Terms & Conditions. SFR is a real disaster. FYI: in the very same apartment, with the same cables Telenet delivered internet speed without any problems...
