A absolute SCAM I cannot stress this enough. As other reviews noted, they tell you 90 days so you cannot get your money back from your credit card company. They send you updates on the progress of your watch like it's a Rolex to keep you passive. It has been 7 months and NOTHING. Buyer beware 100% SCAM DO NOT BUY!!!

1. Waited for my order for 8 (!) months. Plenty of excuses. Never received it.
2. Then had to contact my bank, as they didn't want to return my money.

MIKE BARNES the production manager is the biggest lair on earth he has pushed the shipping date back over 10 times and has stopped replying when asking for a refund. I have waited over a year!! Let's get this guys name out there as I am furious with this man!

Ordered a watch 18mar21 ,they swiftly and on the spot charged me 1640 dkk ,i was aware of their "90" days "production" time, which is a totally scam, after the 90 days i asked for a track and trace nbr ,they kept telling me due covid etc they had problems in production, and they kept me in that loop ,now i requested for full refund, and i got that, totally waste of time, and you give them a loan of your money, stay away grom this crappy company, totally scam
Sadly i had to give one star….

Ordered 2 watches. Their portal went down suddenly and when came back they removed the order tracking features. Since then, haven't heard anything back about their statuses.
Sent multiple emails to what I was answered "please be patient", "we will deliver soon" (being 'soon' an open date) and like that excuses for months.
Asked for a refund of my orders over 10 times by now without response. I'll sue this company.

They used to do great watches. Last year my wife got me a really nice watch for our 10th wedding anniversary. It arrived and within a few days had steam in. After the customer service told us to take it to a local watch expert to insure it wasn’t user fault. We did this and they replaced once we sent the faulty one back. New watch arrives few weeks go by same thing happens.
This was reported to them and after generic responses and promises of fixing the issues they no longer made that watch so to choose another. We did this.
It took I think 8 months to arrive!! We also saw many others on their social media saying about the long wait…
When it arrived after “being in quality control” for months the strap was scratched and does not work at all it will not fasten. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks with promises of having someone get back to me but yet nothing!!

Avoid!

Please do not order from this company. They take your money then other than an initial email they do not contact you again. They do not respond to emails and they block you from contacting them on messenger. I will be requesting my money back through visa. Please do not get conned by this fraudulent company.

This company is absolutely terrible. Do not purchase from them they will keep your money and refuse to give a refund I've been chasing a refund promised 4 weeks ago. My initial order took 220 days to supposedly arrive and it didn't. I therefore requested a refund. PayPal can't dispute it because it was over 180 days so if you haven't received your watch within the 90 day's dispute it. My bank can't dispute it either as it's over 120 day's. Please please please stay away from this company and dispute your order as soon as possible with PAYPAL to get your money back.

This is a fraudulent company and no watch arrived so angry with them do not buy from them !!! I am now contacting the ombudsman they have taken my money under fraudulent means .

Almost a year waiting time for a watch. An utterly disgrace of a company

First off don’t fall for the fake marketing illusion that these watches are made by hand and are custom built to order. They are average quality watches (no where near a premium watch) that look cool. Beyond that is simply a marketing gimmick. More than likely they are mass produced in India or China and mostly to completely preassembled via production process not by hand lol.

The emails they send which is part of their gimmick are annoying at best. Silly updates saying your watch is in this stage of production come at specific dates after purchase. Case in point I got an email saying my watch was complete and ready to ship, problem is I got another email saying delayed to July when it was supposed to be delivered in May. These “production emails” are a meaningless market ploy and simply a way to try to make people feel ok that you are basically giving the company a free loan for operating expenses for the promise of the watch to be shipped in 90 days.

Problem is they are not shipping in 90 days even though they said my watch was done lol. So now they have had my money for 6 months and I’m on my third delivery date update, they will have my money for what will end up being 7 plus months.

My best advice is to not order from this company. The 90 day delivery window puts you outside of most dispute timeframes/plus delay in shipping does not really fall under a dispute. It’s not worth the hassle. But if you want to give them a 90 plus day free loan (I call it this even though it’s a payment but the time to ship is so exaggerated I call it a loan) then order. Don’t believe the hype, these watches take no where near 90 days to make. This review is my opinion and based on my experience with S-Force Watch Company as well as just plain common sense.

This company deserves zero stars... I never really write the reviews because I just don't see the point of it but I have to leave a warning for other people before they do the mistake I did and order from here. I would not advise people to order from here for a million reasons.
They say the watch will be ready in 90 working days - which is roughly 3.5-4 months. I've ordered the watch on 2nd December 2020 and I've received it only yesterday 13th July 2021. Nearly 8 months of waiting!!! At the start between February and May I was getting weekly updates but then they stopped and I had to start chasing them to get any updates - which is so annoying! Then after I contacted them I was told that the order will be shipped mid June, then after their given deadline passed I was told it would be end of June. Then I was told it would be 10th July.... And then after few days I actually received the order.
I wish I would have seen the reviews of this company before placing the order! Never again ordering from this brand!!!

Watch ordered in December, it is now almost the end of June and still no watch received. They also don't respond to email anymore. I wouldn't order here!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - IT'S A SCAM. Ordred a watch in Feb. and still havent recived anything!! (mid June now)
Customer'service' is ignorant and incompetent. Straight up pretends I am not supposed to have recieved my order yet, when very clearly I should've. And that is IF they even respond to mails.

Terrible terrible

watch broke mechanically after two years, refused to fix

I would rate them zero if it were an option. I ordered a watch from them (I'm UK based) back in early November 2020 for my 40th birthday. Paid for it in full. They state the build of the watch starts right away and will take 90 days to arrive. My watch arrived 2 days ago! That's not all.

Initially they were OK at replying to my emails although I had to keep chasing them up myself for updates as they DID NOT provide me with this. I had to ask every time.

Then when time was getting on and I hadn't received my watch at the specified date, I emailed them to chase this up. No reply from them. It wasn't until I filed a charge back claim through my bank that they decided to reply.

The same production manager emailed to say "Your watch has passed quality checking and is being shipped along with a complimentary gift for the inconvenience"

So my watch arrived Wednesday. First issue, apart from the ridiculous wait, it was worse than ordering a new car! The custom engraving message THAT WAS CONFIRMED to the production manager, is completely wrong!!!! Plus no complimentary gift or apology letter in the box.

You are given the option of a free custom engraving message on the backplate of the watch, 44 characters. They got this wrong also EVEN though they emailed me to check and I responded QUITE EXPLICITLY with the EXACT wording, bare in mind this was an email between myself and the production manager who also advised me the watch had passed quality checking!

So I emailed the same production manager back to advise and what a surprise, its now Friday and I've not heard a thing.

Now out of pocket by a few hundred pounds and as its a special gift for my 40th, now a very tainted item.

Their company slogan is built not bought but I'd say more like bought not built as I don't believe its custom made, they just take a watch off the shelf and engrave a message on the back YET they can't even get that CORRECT!!!!

I gave the production manager on my email Wednesday until 6pm today to reply with a solution to rectify the situation before I write my review BUT have not heard back. Given them every opportunity and last chance but they clearly don't care.

This was my first time using the company and has been my last.

I urge any new buyer to exercise extreme caution before making a purchase especially if you are in the UK and are unable to simply walk in to their shop, which is in the States.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with the WHOLE customer service journey from making the original order up until now.

Do not believe the reviews stated on their website as I believe them to be manufactured!

Buyers be aware!

Placed order on Nov 2020, estimated delivery was Feb 2021. Early Jan got email saying sorry but due to Covid it will be mid Mar, in Mar got email saying it will be mid Apr... Its mid Apr and no sign of the watch or estimated delivery date...

That's 100 business days since delivery or roughly 140 calendar days! 140 days!

I am genuinely disgusted waiting and reading emails telling me it will be worth it.

I've posted few comments regarding the situation on their Instagram, all deleted withing few min.

They are advertising new products, asking people to buy more and more when truth is very simple, they took my money almost half a year ago and I am still waiting.

Currently I've requested for my order to be canceled and money returned as I want nothing to do with their brand.

Think before you give them your money...

Whole company is fake, you know why there is no negative reviews or comments on their social media or website? They delete them 👍👍👍

There must be a lot more people like me, told to wait while sforce are processing more orders and taking more money for products that are not being delivered...

Update:
Just to make you all aware, I’ve newer received my refund or my order. After further 2 months of waiting I’ve raised claim through my credit card, claim was disputed as seller lied that they’ve already issued the refund via different payment method.

After providing PayPal statements and multiple back and forth emails credit card was reimbursed under payment protection and credit card issuer picked up direct with sellers bank.

In the mean time sforce watches were happy to ignore all my emails and provide any further explanation to all the mess they’ve made.

This is not a company to trust. Bought a watch from them and they said that would take 3 months to receive the watch. It's been more than three months and still don't know if I will receive it. It is better if you buy a G-shock or any other watch brand.
