The people I met had a good knowledge of the requirements and benefits of the various locations. I was happy with their instant service, so made a second company at the same time. Paperwork was processed very professionally, and where there were omissions I was guided through the process. I can strongly recommend this company.

SFM has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning they assigned a Business Development Executive over my account to help me walk through the process of setting up a company. Bunch of Scammers. No service, lots of excuses, then refuse to refund. The directors hide in Dubai, looks like the whole organization is a collection of crook and thieves. Don´t fall for their marketing, its false, some of the jurisdictions they offer have not even heard of them - apart from negative comments.
Update: They finally paid the refund. Only 8 weeks later. Persistence is the key. Write lots of reviews. Finally, if no luck, tell them you inform Google about advertising a scam. That would stop their business dead as Google won't show their advertising anymore. Good luck!

SFM is a dangerous company and I have been scammed. They changed their domain because of their bad reputation. read the customer reviews of sfm-offshore.com on trustpilot.
Some years ago, I have ordered a Seychelles company. just after placing the order, the SFM representative took a 15-day leave. I understood right away that something was wrong. Then, I have sent everything they asked me. At some point they contacted me, pretending that on two of the papers, the signature was different. For sure, I signed all the papers myself. This is what I told them. So, they sent me a paper to prove that I have changed my signature. I understood I was scammed. I lost 1500 euros.

SCAM WARNING. SFM promises but never delivers. We bought a package with a company and bank account. It took 3 months to open the company just to find out that the bank account ordered does not exist and SFM perfectly knew from day 1. Then SFM asked for 2,200 Euro to cancel the useless company, just to find out that the cancellation is for free. Now we have been waiting for months to get our money back. They all kind of stupid excuses like the manager in charge is out of country...

While I have been involved in opening multiple UK based companies i had never had experience in opening an offshore company. Finding myself in a position where it has become necessary to have one for business I contacted Maria Egizia Gargini to talk about my options and discuss what would work best for my situation . I originally got her details from a business associate who has also had her help him set up and company and as he found her very helpful he gave the recommendation . I found her helpful and highly knowledgable in the things I needed to know . The process was simple and fast and I received regular updates on the status of both my company and linked bank account. Overall I’m very happy with the service and will be recommending it and Maria to my business associates when they need to use this sort of service . The one bit of advice I would give to anyone wanting to set up a company and bank account using this service is to use a fast courier to send your documents over . My only delay was due to my own error in thinking that normal tracked post would get the documents to Dubai quickly and it held me up for a week or so .

Great experience, incorporation took less than 2 working days with no issues.

SFM has asked us to retract our statement. So I will try to be more specific to reflect our experiences. Poor customer service - they claim a 5 day incorporation but their staff cannot process in that time - it took 8 weeks to complete a Panama company that was initiated out of Dubai and managed in Panama by a sub-agent. Go direct and save the fees. They slide an auto-renewal clause so beware as they think that this is legal and ethical. They have bullied us repeatedly. For us a new corporate listing is more cost effective than simply changing agents. Is that possible? - with SFM it is. They did indeed back date our company incorporation as they only submitted correct and complete documentation 8 weeks later but claim that my incorporation date was before the date that it was actually compliant legally. I cancelled in due time but they claim that it was beyond the cancellation date. They are lawyers and should behave correctly. Lots of fine print without disclosures so be cautious. [I personally would never use them again and do not recommend using them to anyone]; tricksters who bend the law to disadvantage clients, pretty typical of offshore lawyers. Beware!
This is the email we sent with a description of my experience below. They actually sent me a cease and desist order claiming that our comments were defamatory. We will never use this supplier again. Enjoy the read:

1. I received a non executed incorporation over 8 weeks earlier than the actual final submission date. It was therefore unusable and non compliant from March 28 2018 until that date. The incorporation date should have been adjusted accordingly. [SFM failed to do this and as such misrepresented the dates to the Panamanian Registrar and to AbacasXchange executive]. Breach #1.

2. As a result of this, the active date of incorporation was approximately 8 weeks later. This was due to the problems with SFM staff. No fault of Abacas as the staff was not responsive, communicated poorly and delayed providing information on sign up and throughout the process. The incorporation date can only be reflected when all documents are in order. Therefore, the incorporation was indeed "back-dated". Breach #2.

3. Because the actual incorporation date was in fact 8 weeks later, you may wish to check the law on this, but we believe that you performed non compliantly, in error and/or illegally. This is in fact breach of duty to AbacasXchange executive, an actionable offence according to our counsel. Breach #3

4. It further means that we are within our right to terminate, which we have done legally. Mis-stating the renewal date is in fact a breach of duty. Breach #4

5. SFM was in fact advertising falsely on its site and in fact taking an additional 8 weeks to deliver [I have the emails and the delivery dates to validate]. We could let this go but we won't.

6. The customer service was in fact terrible. Sharing a bad experience is my duty so others are not trapped by firms like yours. I believe that the present freedom of expression laws permit sharing a negative experience insofar as that experience is accurate. As you can see, I have a sufficient amount of ammunition. I also have at my disposal the [less than courteous] emails from your staff, given that these communications are in no way protected and constitute "bullying by SFM personnel". Perhaps you should check the definition of "slander" or "libel" versus what is deemed the dutiful sharing of poor customer service and less than ethical practices. I think the expression is: "It is not libel if it is true!"
