I do not recommend

I do not recommend ! The appearance in the pictures does not reflect what I received, unfortunately, after installation, slight signs of use or I would return the product. user manual not legible and very hard to see! part of the plastic strip completely spoils the design of the fireplace. in one word, I already regret that I bought the product, and I forgot to write about heating. very small room about 18m2 heated for over an hour from 20 to 21•c. the person designing the operating instructions should be immediately trained to create a drawing for a dollhouse. the company saves on printing illustrations in color. instructions and is not clear. Unfortunately, my and my friends' first purchase and the last. stretched 1 .

Bedankt voor uw review. Dat is spijtig om te horen zeker naar uw 5 sterren review die daarvoor is geplaatst over dit product. Als er vragen of problemen zijn kunt u altijd bellen of mailen met ons en wordt het uiteraard opgelost als er iets niet naar wens is. Ik heb even bij ons intern gekeken en er zijn geen communicatie geweest over problemen met de haard. U heeft standaard 5 jaar garantie op de haard dus mocht er wat zijn dan horen wij dit graag uiteraard.

Electric seminee

I am verry happy about the product, i can use also as an heater to make warm if it is cold in the living room. The aspect of it is exactly what we wanted ;), so we made an good decision ;)

Great service

The service was great, quick delivery and excellent communication. It comes very well packed and both the flames and structure are beautiful. We decided to send it back because it is a bit noisy when it’s on a heating mode.
