If you want to contact them regarding a shipment to the UK, you have to email them in China.

Was scheduled to receive a highly exclusive item delivered from CA. The item travelled from Hawthorne to Hong Kong and finally to Singapore. Arrived much earlier than the estimated date(about 3 weeks earlier).

Was absolutely delighted to receive the mail as it arrived the night before my birthday. Paid Goods & Services Tax for this one since it exceeded the amount too. Reached home and to my horror, the envelope was totally empty. There was a visible tear on the envelope which was subsequently resealed with clear adhesive containing the invoices.

Damn bloody gutted.

This is the second time I’ve had a…

This is the second time I’ve had a seller from China use SF Express , and once again I came on here to check their performance.
Percentage of dreadful reviews is incredibly high so yes, I was concerned. However, my item was delivered this morning 3 days ahead of the estimation shown on SF tracking site. Tracking movement appeared a little slow and the updates a little vague but considering we are still mid pandemic 11 days from China to U.K. is pretty good going. I give SF Express the thumbs up for the second time.

I’m satisfied

At first, I was scared because of the bad reviews but everything went well. I was able to track my order and it arrived one day before the predicted.

Terrible service and communication

Terrible service and communication. Impossible to get up to date information. Delivery date extended and correct details supplied: still no parcel. Extremely disappointing as clearly they don’t care about customer service!

Package Indefinitely In Transit

I ordered an electronic component from an Amazon seller who decided to use SF Express to ship the order. Over a month after my order, I can't get a straight answer from customer service. They tell me the order has cleared LA customs and been handed off to USPS. USPS says they have not received the package when I try to enter the tracking number given to me by SF. This company has no accountability and very little communication. Also doesn't help that customer support barely speaks English, although even if they did I doubt they'd stop lying to customers. Do yourself a favor, ship with DHL.

If I can give zero star

If I can give zero star, I would.
Was waiting for my package from Malaysia since November 2020 to Germany. Firstly, they asked for duty fees for transit in England which I paid. Then they proceeded to route my package to Italy. Then they informed me it was a mistake early January 2021. Then they informed that they are rerouting my package to Germany. However after waiting and checking status everyday, there was no changes in the tracking status since 9 January 2021. Now suddenly on 19 feb they tell me they lost my packet. The information was only shared however after I pushed them for the package status again and again. If I had not pressured them, I think they will just pretend nothing had happened.

REAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Never again!!

Okay I live in the United States

Okay I live in the United States, I ordered from a website on January 24th and I paid on a secure app known as shop. From that app I was able to track my shipping status the entire time. I also used 17 track to also track my item. Since I'm in the US and my package is coming from china, I knew that it was going to take a couple weeks to come. I'm sorry for everyone's packages from China that was getting taken through Transit with SF Express being lost or getting non-delivered. But my experience was a five out of five. I was able to track my item the entire time and it unexpectedly came today when I checked my mailbox so that was a great big deal for me. don't read the bad reviews and start to get anxious if you order something through SF Express cuz trust me it is going to come but the people who order stuff weren't able to track it because they didn't order it on a sufficient site. But I overall give this experience a 100% 5/5 ⭐!

BIG JOKE, DONT USE.

I order 2 items the 1 says was delivered and signed for and I never signed for anything and my other order is still in transit. It keeps say customer service is busy so theres no help there go figure but DONT USE THIS SHIPPING SERVICE YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🖕☠💀😡🤯

Avoid SF Express

They provided me a tracking number and claimed that item was delivered December 25 (ordered the item on December 3). I stopped receiving any updates from them on Christmas day. I contacted them and they told me that the package was already transferred to local processing and that I will have to pick the package up from that local processing’s office myself. Why would they do that? It is physically impossible for me to go to that local processing’s office since its hundreds of kilometres away from me let alone the community lockdowns that are imposed because of the pandemic. An international package should be delivered door-to-door and why did I even pay for their shipping services if I am going to pick up a package myself? And why did they transferred it to a local processing/forwarder when in fact they are the ones in charge of my package. On top of that, they transferred it without any prior notice. If I haven’t contacted them about my package they for sure won’t update me either. AVOID SF EXPRESS AT ALL COST

Item not received and no expected delivery date!

I ordered an item on Amazon on 17th December which was supposed to arrive between 11th - 21st January and hasn't arrived. The courier is SF Express, however there is no tracking number and apparently i am not eligible for a refund. A disappointing level of service.
