Order didn't arrive. No refund or customer response.Don't trust.

I brought some scandals and did not like them they were fake ,I paid £25 pounds ,so I contacted the company they said I can return them and they would refund my money , it cost me £16 pounds to return them .I emailed them 3 times they said they had not received them ,well it was 1 month after I emailed a gain and they said I had not gone through the right policy return ,and I was not going to be refunded ? ,I did everything the refund policy said to do .please don’t buy nothing from them they are disgusting scammers

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs, shoes came in terrible quality and I have not received a refund although I returned the shoes in April. Absolutely disgusting, do not buy from them

Awful, sandals came in the wrong size. Smudged paint, cheap and tacky. Kept fobbing me off for weeks via email. Now I've called them out as scammers they aren't replying. Disgusting!!! DO NOT BUY!!

No shoes no refund. I ordered shoes and I was told they were delivered to my address. They weren't, and after several emails no luck. Don't bother with this company. Waste of time

SCAM
Ordered sandals, never arrived, they do not communicate with you so no refund this has been going on now for 3 months.

Charged my mother £30 a pair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this company may well have changed its name so beware!

The shoes were not as pictured or described, they were poor quality knock-offs.
Despite the website having a London address and the fact that the items were send to me from within the UK, the return address is in China.
I think this is deliberate to discourage customers from actually returning their items.
Having checked around it seems that because they are based in China there is no UK consumer protection.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

The worst pair of shoes EVER don't buy, nothing like advertised can't be leave how bad they are wish I had seen this before I bought them never again cheap nasty crap

Item is nothing like advertised. Hard uncomfortable soles.
Returns are to China which costs more than the item itself.
Customer service was OK. Responded quickly with an address for China.
Clearly this is how they make their money. Taking advantage of costly returns

Items took much longer than stated to arrive, received but look nothing like the photo. Really poor quality & can’t reach anyone to speak to, to complain or request a refund. Do not order from here

Cheap crap shipped from China, highly expect anything more than a 2☆ review is fake, since found most there stuff available from wish at a tiny fraction of the price these guys are robbing from us... do yourself a favour and avoid.
