Literally a Scam Company without doubt
Send the wrong item that doesn't even match the stuff I bought.
Of course COD is one of their plans too.

Total scam! They send out wrong items that are completely useless without any order confirmation etc.
There is no way to contact them to follow up.

Contrary to what the About Page says, they are based in Chiang Mai. The address seems to be 179 Moo 5, Chaiyathan Subdistrict, Saraphi District, Chiang Mai 50140, Thailand. Hope the police follows up soon to take them out!

Flash Express wasn't helpful either - rejected my COD (cash on delivery) refund request and I couldn't reapply within the 5 day-limit as I didn't know the day of delivery is included... Hope whoever reads this has more luck!

This is a scammer operator! They send out wrong items and bad products. Stay away! They don’t reply on email or their chat service.

Received wrong items that were cheap rubbish and nothing like what I paid for. Have tried to contact them via online chat and email but absolutely no response. Clearly they are scammers and I would not recommend using them.

Scam alert. Ordered an expensive toy "Lelo Hugo 2" 200$ worth, what arrived was a cheap rip-off chinese toy most likely less than 20$

Do not use COD (collect on delivery) services here in Thailand. Scammers use this method.

Total scam company. COD payment and when you open the parcel it's incomplete with wrong items. No recourse from the company totally no correspondence from them.
Lucky we were able to make a claim via the courier company. So disappointed!

Sent the wrong item, ignored all attemps to contact them. Definitely not recommended

Ordered. Paid. Didn’t receive order. Couldn’t contact them. Never got a refund. Shocking scam artists

Scam…payment received 3 weeks ago via transfer, no product. They sent me an email asking for proof of payment as if they didn’t know they got some money in their account and from who. Sent multiple emails with proof and the only response I get eventually is email asking for proof of payment I’ve sent several times. Shady business, don’t waste your money.

Don't purchase from this store. Wrong items received, and no support via chat or email in a week.

i've buy something and ask for details of packet, they give the packet id to check but after try checking many time the result is no packet, so the chance i got scam is like 90%, no email after buying, no nothing

the packet is now be able to check on deliver web so the chance i got scam is much lower now, can't wait to see what inside is the one i order or not

update: got the order but quality is kinda low not gonna lie
