Was a bit concerned after ordering a rat valve from here and then seeing the couple of reviews already submitted... But pleasantly surprised. Delivery was a little slower than expected (about 10 days) and communication not great but product itself is fantastic. Easily installed and so far seems to be doing the job.

Seems this is a small, independent company, who hand-make their products so can understand the slow delivery. Perhaps just needs to be made clearer on the website.

Overall I'm very happy and would use again.

After accepted return and received rat flap in return. No refund, no communication no responsibility. Do not give a refund. I am working with cc company and dispute the case to get me money. Plan to buy the correct size unfortunately this sewerstore will be banned. Everyone do not use their service or buying anything from this company. They will not responsible and honest in their job.

Poor quality home made goods with no warranty or fitting instructions. A child in metal work class could turn out better quality metal valves. I paid £90 for a pair plus £5 for 1st class two day delivery. After 7 days wait two tatty flimsy articles arrived that I doubt will last long or do the job.Total con. Payment to Sewerstore is diverted by Paypal to an individual called markb, all very shady as are the suspect reviews on Sewerstore website, try placing a negative review, you guessed, it doesn't show.
Waste of money, buy from a reputable manufacturer.
