There was one miscommunication on a strap color and Kevin worked to make it right without question, and he even told me to keep the beautiful strap he just made for me at no additional charge. I don’t understand any negative review, as they say, there’s always two sides. Avoid. Ordered a watch strap and it never arrived. Tried numerous times to contact the seller, who was initially helpful and understanding but eventually they just stopped replying. Lost all my money. You are warned.
Don't waste your time with this joker. He claims to make custom straps for watches and has numerous impressive looking photos, especially on Instagram, that indicates he'll make a custom strap for your watches own deployant buckle as shown in his photos. But when you dig deeper he just ghosts you when confirming it will fit the buckle. This shows he can’t stand behind his claims and you’ll end up with a donkey of a strap that will cost a fortune to send it back to Indonesia, assuming he’ll accept a refund.
He seems to celebrate making straps for the plastic disposable Moonswatch that cost 50% of the watch and if you want to spend that much for a cheap watch then he's your man. But if you want a custom strap for a high-end timepiece then go elsewhere. You’ll be wasting your money.
