I got a bag I had been looking for and they were very nice and helpful to help me complete the order and answer any questions I had.

Great bags, unique bags. In person experience at Arlo Soho was very good because they managed the line and demand well. Very friendly operators.

Customer Service is the best! I was at the Part Two event, I inquired if there was any Prada totes and the nice gentleman went searching for one and found me the perfect one. I've also consigned my items and it was seamless and easy. Love this company and all it's employees!

I Found them on Instagram. I purchased a T-shirt however they carry the most Fabulous vintage bags. I've been following this company and they are great. I look forward to make more purchases in the future.

Update Feb : I unfortunately have to edit my review as the item was not as described on the site. The bag's strap is completely broken and not worth the price i paid for the bag. These defects were also not mentioned at the time of purchasing. I am giving it 3 stars as the customer service did provide a partial refund as soon as I let them know of the situation. Still, I will have to spend extra money to completely remake the strap, as the current one is a non-fixable state.

Bags advertised to drop at a specified time didn't drop and were sold before the drop time. Why have sneak peek emails and drop times if others can shop beforehand or DM you? A sale is a sale, so it makes no difference to you, but I would like to actually have the chance to get a bag versus jumping through hoops.

Bag was in the condition of description. Great price. I have bought 4 bags all great.
