They have beautifull Products for a good price but at the moment I would not buy anything anymore from there or tell people where the ring is from

I had ordered the wrong ring size and they said they will help me sort it out however they have still not replied to my email. I had written another review on trust pilot after I noticed they only reply once you leave them a bad review. The product is beautiful however their customer service is very poor. I had asked them to change the ring size for a smaller one or refund me the money after I had sent the ring back to them, they have still not gotten back to me and it’s almost been a month

Haven’t heard anything for over a month
I had asked for an exchange for my gift for my girlfriend from Christmas, they got back to me with the address, I paid tracking delivery to them and emailed asking for updates on my exchange after it had arrived. I have messaged every social media they have and sent multiple emails and haven’t heard anything back, now I just want my money back but still no response

It’s a SCAM
This has been the worst shopping experience ever. Zero communication—I’ve sent multiple emails and haven’t received a single response. My order was delayed for over a month, and when it finally arrived, they sent the WRONG bracelet. Absolutely unacceptable. Feels like a complete scam. Save your money and shop somewhere else!
Update: they responded to my emails and they told me they going to do a refund but sadly they LIED! I wrote few more emails but got no response. I spend a lot in this website and didn’t get any money back, ring turned orange in a few weeks. Please don’t buy it from here!!!

(order 11707) The website says that the delivery in Europe takes 2-3 days, but I ordered it 16 days ago and I haven't received any email yet, only that the order has been confirmed. I tracked my order at that time and it said that it had made it across the border and nothing from then on. 😂 Email to track my order just got deleted out of my email again. I don't know why this keeps happening this is unprofessional. Guess I have to order something else for Valentine's Day because that was for my son's girlfriend. 😠

I ordered the ring and it arrived in 3 weeks, so far I have had no complaints. However, the ring was too big and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one, the next day after receiving the ring, I immediately wrote to sevenesy's e-mail that I want to exchange the ring, after receiving a response from them, I sent the ring back to them, which they received on January 10 with all the email correspondence and purchase papers to make it easier for them, a month has passed, I still haven't received the ring, to e-mail I don't get any answers from them either. I had no choice but to write a bad review because of the indulgence and poor service. If I get the ring back and sevenesy responds, I will change my review.
Update; Sevenesy responded to my requests and sent a exchanged ring, thank you Sevenesy for solving the problem, I hope other people don't have to go through the same trouble to get what they paid for

awful awful awful company. First of all my order took about a month to come with little to no communication throughout. Once arrived it was way too big so i had it sent back. It’s now been another month since i’ve sent it back and i've not had a single email confirming they’ve got it i’ve sent several emails asking what’s going on as they must have received it by now so i’ve lost out on £60 . Avoid this place at all costs

Incorrect item received
My partner placed an order back in November 2024 for me. On the 25th November, we received the wrong item (we ordered the deluxe ring in silver however received it in gold). I contacted them immediately with all relevant information. I was told the correct item would be sent out asap and was being prepared by the team. I chased it up again on the 2nd December and was told it was being prepared. I contacted them again the 9th December and was told due to the busy Christmas period, there was some delays with shipping services and Since then I haven’t had any correspondence. I have emailed them multiple times, attempted to speak to an advisor on WhatsApp, contact them on all social media platforms, commented on their tiktok videos about this issue, instead of acknowledging this mistake, they just deleted my comments from their video. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over 2 months and still haven’t received the correct item, instead I have just been ignored. I will not be using them again and I have shared this issue publicly so that others don’t either.
Edit in response to the reply: I have contacted the team multiple times, I received a message saying that my case has been closed even though nothing has been resolved. I have contacted all platforms and still not getting anywhere!! Your website says allow 24-48 hours for a response… I’ve been waiting over 2 MONTHS.
Since receiving my review, they have finally acknowledged me, probably as this could jeopardise their reputation, And have said they have processed my refund as I was not willing to wait another 2 months for a replacement. They then reached out to me again asking me to amend my review. I will be back in touch if I don’t receive my full refund.

Bad communication service…
This is my first time ordering from this site and my experience so far has not been the best. I ordered on January 14th, and today is January 27th and my order has been cancelled but no refund. During all these days I tried to contact them by email first, but no one answered me and I decided to write to them on Instagram (the only thing they told me is that we “would send the order soon”) and only today when I wrote to them by email again they said that my order was cancelled due to a busy period. They do not answer my messages any more and do not return the money. It was supposed to be a gift for my mother.
Delivery delay
I have ordered a ring from Sevenesy and it's been almost 1 month, and still nothing it says the order is in dispatch, if I would have known that the order was going to take weeks I would never order it, plus they never answer back if you contact them, i'm in Europe and it said 1-3 working days, shame.

I ordered my jewellery 25/11/24 as a Christmas present for a family member.
Not only did it take over a month to arrive, but when my jewellery came it was not the items I had ordered and not the same colour I had ordered. I tried to get in contact with Sevenesy, they told me it was a mistake made by their sorting team and they would resolve the situation and send me out the actual products. This however never happened. I ended up giving one of the items to the family member in the meantime, hoping I could replace it with what I actually ordered when it finally arrived. Within two weeks of gifting the item to my family member, the “gold-plated” item was now brown.
It had started turning their skin green. I compare the quality of the jewellery I received to what you would find in a market on holidays. I am very disappointed in the customer service and quality of Sevenesy jewellery. If a member of their team could contact me to resolve the situation it would be greatly appreciated.

Ordered a silver tennis necklace and…
Ordered a silver tennis necklace and came in gold but this isn’t the only thing which bothered me.
The thing is that this necklace look so cheap and doesn’t even correspond to photos.
Service is good like payment and deliver but taking in consideration that I wrote them couple emails and never get any response. Also wrote a review which they never posted. I hope people who are going to order read this

Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever!! Ordered a ring in the beginning of December and it never arrived. Contacted sevenesy and they said they would send out a new one. 3 weeks later still waiting and now they are avoiding my emails ! Avoid at all cost!! Spend your money elsewhere!
