DONT BUY from this site, if you live in Norway or you live outside of Netherland.
I don't want to write too much, but I was disappointed with my experience purchasing and receiving the goods in Norway. I had to pay Norwegian customs duty for the entire order. Afterwards, I heard something rattling and shaking inside. Something was broken.
When I opened the package, I noticed that (I ordered some Creation Lamis Catsuit perfume) one of the lids of the box had come loose. There was also no seal on the Creation Lamis Catsuit perfume, and some perfumes were missing the spray button. Also, inside some of the metal perfume boxes, the plastic was cracked, and the bottles themselves were banging. And that's exactly what was the sound.
As I later realized, Seurenhealth sells counterfeit perfumes. But it's good that this was clearly stated on the website. However, people might think it's the real thing, because the price is similar to the original version, even though it says "Dupe."
And there was nothing in the description.
I decided to return everything. But technical support only responded a week later and offered me a refund without returning the item, after my lengthy explanations and complaints.
However, at first, technical support refused to refund the entire order amount I paid, only the product price. And this is outrageous!
I have the right to get back for "Product Price" + "Delivery" + "Duty to Norway."
You have (as a costumer) the right to a full refund (including the duty). If I had known the item would arrive in poor condition and broken, I wouldn't have paid the money and suffered future losses.
After multiple written discussions with technical support, they finally agreed to refund the product price and shipping costs, but NOT the duty, which is 1/3 of the total order amount on the Seurenhealth website.
This also doesn't suit me. I should get a refund for everything I spent on this site, if it's a professional site as of 2026. But as it turns out, that's not the case.
Also, responses from technical support are taking too long to arrive, via email, several weeks at a time. But I'm glad there's at least some of communication.
In the end, i had to agree to a refund of the product price + shipping costs (not duty), so not to waste my time on further discussions. That is, the entire amount indicated on the order form on the website.
In the end, the refunded amount was slightly less than i paid for the whole order back then. Perhaps because the site didn't want to bear the transaction costs, or the exchange rate from Norwegian krone to the Pound got worse. And this is unacceptable on the site's part!
If you paid 904.40 Norwegian kroner, you should receive 904.40 kroner back, not 832.38 kroner, 72.02 kroner less.
But thanks for that too, anyway.
Anyway, I will never order from this site again and regret wasting my time. However, I still wish for the site to grow and improve.
