Purchased iPhone 16 case. Surround is fine, camera enclosure is total garbage. Cleaned as directed, still didn't stick. Makes the package unusable.

I have been very pleased with my new silicone magnetic Apple watch bands from Seure. The shipping was relatively fast, even over the holidays, and the bands are super comfortable and look great. Most importantly, their customer service is excellent. One of the bands I ordered was a style that did not end up fitting well and it was very easy to contact support and begin the process of getting a replacement. The communications have been clear and timely and my replacement is on the way.

I ordered three silicone magnetic straps and one arrived in the wrong color. I emailed their general support inbox and they immediately took care of it—no hassle at all. They shipped a replacement for the missing color right away and didn’t even require me to return the incorrect one. Super smooth, professional customer service. Very satisfied and would definitely order from them again.

I truly appreciate their kind service and helpful advice. I plan to repurchase a watch strap and will gladly recommend them to others.

The cover fits perfectly and protects the phone in all of the places it should. I lost the piece that protects the camera and Seure were prompt to assist and promptly send a replacement piece.

Not impressed with the Apple Watch strap. It took quite a while to get to the UK (posted from China I suppose). It doesn’t fit properly and it has a slight movement at the contact with the watch. Today the black clasp started to chip. I’m not wearing it in the shower as it’s the braided strap. I’m glad I haven’t bought more.

I ordered a leather band it was not as expected, I wanted to return but the team let me chose another one and shipped it free of cost. The other band exceeded all my expectations and it was great in quality. the materials are top notch. the customer service was excellent. it was very helpful.

I recently purchased the Fearless Silicone Magnetic band for my mum. The delivery was delayed so I contacted customer service. Their response was immediate and very helpful. They had contacted the courier and sent me photos of the delivery. She now has it and it’s perfect as she has arthritis and can’t use a clasp.

The service is perfect, besides of the good quality of the straps. After receiving a strap which did not fitted well, Seure send immediately a replacement. Very good.

Great cover , good protection for our and cool look

Purchased the SEURE EdgePatrol Metal Case in blue for i27 pro max

The colour wasn’t an exact match, but looked ok. It offers NO protection to the front of the phone nor the back aside from the lens cover.

It also lost colour along edges simply by resting the phone on tables and such, so it started to look old and worn really quickly.

With one single drop, the phone screen is shattered and the single clip holding the case is bent, so cannot be put back in place.

I also had a very difficult time removing the lens cover and was concerned about the phone breaking as so much force was needed.

I would not recommend the product as a means to prevent damage. It looks quite fancy but again it wears very quickly

Seure support helped me to correct an order oversight that I made (I meant to get the Pro version). My experience with their support is overall positive.

Bought SEURE EdgePatrol Metal Case for iPhone17Pro. Looks good but is extremely slippery and doesn't seem to protect the screen very well.
Trying to get the "loose" camera protection off the phone again (hold in place by double-sided tape) was nearly impossible and when finally it let loose, only by bending it. Thus once it is on, it is on. Now I have spend quite a bit of money for something that became unusable.
By the way - it came without instruction to mount (and de-mount) and most importantly without a warning "how well" the camera protection sits in place.
