Super Customer Service!
My metal case got bumped out of shape, and after sending pictures of the damaged parts, Seure customer service promised to send a new asap. THANKS secure!!!

I did order a strap which i wanted to return and order a new one. Service is great an easy quick responds on my mail!
Also the quality of the strap is very good

I bought the iPhone cover, with MagSafe and a ring holder that folds perfectly well within the MagSafe groove and double up as a stand.

The service is prompt, the packaging is stern and a printed box is holding the phone cover with perfect fit.

It is an excellent gift box if you intend to present it as a gift to someone. The printed box is of Luxury Goods printed box quality.

I definitely don’t recommend this company. I bought a real nice looking black metallic magnetic band. I paid $70.00 plus dollars for it. After about 3 months I’m noticing it getting rusty and the thin silver strips on the underside are falling off. Definitely not worth what U paid for it. I do not wear it in the water.
On top of this problem, SpeedX, the shipping that delivers the watches damaged my property. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact both companies, but they totally ignore my request.
Don’t buy from these people.

I ordered several magnetic bands that are comfortable and in a variety of colors. Although there were some errors in shipping my selected bands, the company was quick to fix the mistakes and even let me keep the wrong items sent. My friends are grateful!

I bought an iPhone 17 case in orange. It looks amazing but I dropped it and it broke unfortunately. Customer service was prompt and has offered to send a new one straight away

I ordered a frame case for my iPhone and the latch that keeps the frame locked. It was bent the 1st time I dropped it. I emailed and was given a quick reply by William Smith he was very helpful and was quick to respond. Offered to give me a replacement case right away.

The products from Seure are really great. Super quality, nice design, no annoying logos. The products from Seure have reasonable prices. And the service from Seure is excellent.

I purchased 3 Apple Watch bands from Seure, and I have been using them for a few weeks now. It is always a bit tricky with leather, as I have had several incidents where the armbands have had a scent of mold upon arrival, which triggers my SHR, and I get sick.

The Airfoil armbands arrived in great packaging, and only the nice smell of quality leather! Not a hint of mold!

Not only do I love to use them with my watch already, but I am ordering more :)

Great company, great support, and great products.

Initially i bought a titanium band and a few magnetic silicone loop which were all brilliant (quick shipping etc). Next I unfortunately bought a vintage leather band (#98560). This was stiff, poorly finished and cheap at best. When i contacted hoping to exchange despite multiple emails I have heard nothing. I used to buy (and recommend) for family and friends but not anymore.

I always appreciate companies with innovative products, and Sauer is certainly one of them. I have been looking for a minimal case for my iPhone, and I found it here. It is a very nice product and very well-designed. On top of that, the customer service is excellent. They provide quick responses, and I received a resolution with just a single communication.

You might ask, 'If the product is so great, why did you need to contact customer service?' That is because I accidentally selected the wrong color, and they stood by their word to ensure I received the right one.

Without instructions I cut too much off the band. Contacted Secure and they were more than forthcoming with a replacement strap - couldn't ask for more. I have purchased a number of straps over the years - this one is by far the best I have used. They have a video I wasn't aware of - I'd suggest watching that before cutting!
