Ordered mugs (3) Taylor swift edinburgh 9th. 3 came but 1 was wrong date. Emailed and a few days later replacement mug arrived. A bit slow in initial delivery but other than that fantastic service. Never even asked for wrong mug to be returned. I would def gos buy from again. Thanx setlist

Damaged set lists - no reply from company when trying to rectify…
The set lists were delivered promptly but were both damaged - one was a gift. I contacted the company the day I received the items with photographic evidence and offered to return the originals so that would know I wasn’t trying to con them. No reply. My third and final email also went unanswered so will now look to get my money back via my credit card as both lists are spoilt for display and cannot be given as a gift.
I get the feeling that you’ll be happy with this company if all goes well but if it doesn’t there is zero support and no customer service. Based on my experience, I would never use.
I have edited and updated my review as the response I have received from Setlist has been so positive. They have pulled out all the stops to help me and resolve this issue. I genuinely believe this was a miscommunication rather than poor customer service. I will use Setlist again.

Not if you want the items fast
I had to email 3 times to see where my items were. And no real answer on either until the 3rd which said your items haven’t been packed yet.
Ordered on the 2nd July to be told they wasn’t packing the items until the 22nd July. Finally received the items today 25th July, in a huge and pointless box’s (didn’t realise I’d ordered them from Amazon)!
Worth the money, truthfully No!

Can't rate this company highly enough. Quality of product, customer service.... everything.... absolutely brilliant.
Was worried about buying off Facebook, been stung before, but had no need to be. I was worried I'd left it too late to get my setlist for my daughters birthday, but, after an email, they went totally out of their way to make sure I received it well before. (Sending out a staff member to deliver it!) My daughter absolutely loved it! I'm so grateful. Thanks Setlist!

After an initial hitch with sending out my products, due to a logistical issue the company had, I eventually received my goods and they are well worth the wait. My set lists look fantastic and will make wonderful gifts for friends. Well done to the Setlists team for good clear and friendly communication. Waited 2 weeks for a single mug as a birthday present for my partner after her first gig and nothing but a tracking number that doesn’t work(if real)comment on Facebook to be blocked.wont recommend or use again as wasted £18.seems lots of people not getting what they have paid and waited for
UPDATE I never asked for a refund just stated waiting 2 weeks for a single mug and you certainly did not advise me of any delays.seems that when your caught out with bad service you blame the customer as can be seen from other replies to late/not delivered problems.pathetic blaming customers when you can’t provide a timely service that you have taken payment for and blocking on Facebook after I reply how professional laughing at a customer that has been let down by your bad service

Don’t buy unless you want to wait over a month with no update or apology.
Ordered my 3 products about a month ago. Was then told 2 weeks after no updates that there was some issues. Why still take people’s money and make them wait I don’t know. I then had a notification on the 6th of July that it was dispatched, which was not true either. The date is now the 16th of July. I questioned this and got no real response. I still haven’t received my order and have had no apology or anything from the store. I wouldn’t buy again, because I’ve had no help or apology and they have taken my money and lied about delivery times.

Superb Customer Service
There were some logistical difficulties with the company sending out my picture/mug gift set and I ultimately had to cancel the order for a refund. But the communication from Frankie (Founder/CEO - I think ?) was excellent and very much appreciated!! She was upfront about the issues and more than accommodating about an immediate refund and then allowing the order to reach me anyway, which it did.
I am very grateful to their superb customer service care and transparency throughout! Thank you Frankie et al @ Setlist. I will shop with you again 😊

I ordered a mug for a gift and messaged them just to get an update (it wasn't mega late or anything I was just checking if it would be here in time for the birthday I had bought it for).
Their automated email was more than helpful but I had an instant reply where they couldn't have been more efficient and basically made and packed my order there and then.
Amazing customer service and the mug I ordered looks amazing and its such a cool concept. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼

Order not dispatched
A month after ordering, I still hadn't received my order. Customer service replies were good, though no mention of the supply chain issues, just promised despatch on two occasions, which didn't happen. I've given up as I have lost faith that the order will ever be sent. Awaiting refund. Such a shame as this was going to be a perfect birthday gift. I hope the company resolve their issues, as I do feel they are genuine, just bad luck at the moment.

Communication was swift, queries answered professionally and friendly. Yes there was a slight delay but I was updated and as promised, my order arrived on Saturday. Very pleased with my three prints, they look amazing. I will purchase again.
