Still Waiting

Ordered three mugs 23 July, still waiting for despatch. The quoted delivery times - up to 15 working days - are fictional. Chased twice and told "due for despatch this week" but they aren't. It's a good concept but they are clearly having fulfilment issues and need to be more honest about timing. I'm beginning to doubt that I will ever get my order.

I am aware of this one and think it's fair to point out here that this isn't a regular issue, we're having some issues getting this particular order to this part of France! If you want to send me an email direct wayne@setlist.store I can try and pick it up for you, I know Frankie is on it - of course we could just refund it if you would prefer but I think it's a little unfair not to state in this case :)

Ordered 2 mugs on the 30th of August…

Ordered 2 mugs on the 30th of August and still not arrived
Eventually they got back to me and made me aware that they were very busy
Received my mugs and they were in excellent condition well wrapped for transit and made a good present
Although a slow start would defiantly deal with again.

4 weeks and still waiting for my order!

Ordered 3 items over a month a go and still not arrived. Reply’s vary from we are very busy or I’ll speak to the warehouse tomorrow. Now I’m getting no replies at all. Some honesty from them would be refreshing for a change or an offer of a refund so I can shop elsewhere!

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand that waiting for an order can be frustrating, especially during busy times. However, as clearly stated on our website, during peak periods like this, our delivery time can extend to 15 working days. We’re currently in our busiest season of the year, and it has only been 6 working days since your order was placed.

We have been updating our social media every night, sharing the immense volume of orders we are working through. We also have a dedicated staff member who responds to emails, and I can assure you all emails are up to date. If you had emailed us directly, we would have been happy to provide an update on your order.

While we aim to respond to every query promptly, our priority right now is fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, which is why we may not have responded to your social media message immediately.

I messed up my order

I messed up my order. I clicked the wrong things and got sent exactly what I ordered. They were quick and efficient in dealing with my mistake. Communication was continuous throughout and they were very pleasant and helpful at all times.

Great customer service

Very reliable company. Order arrived with the wrong design first time. But after sending them an email confirming this, they sent a replacement out straight away with the correct one. Understandable that mistakes happen, (I had ordered a Taylor Swift setlist as a gift, and I imagine there would have been many orders for her setlists at the time) it was handled very well and very quickly. Overall impressed with quality and customer service. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

2nd order placed with Setlist . The first was for two mugs earlier in the year and now again for 2 posters . Lovely items , good quality. Will be returning for more memorable date items in the future.

After attending Greenday at Wembley…

After attending Greenday at Wembley back in June, Facebook did its thing and suggested me an Ad. I placed my order (unfortunately at the time the business was relocating). There were understandably some delays in processing and sending my order but the communication from Frankie and the Setlist store team was fantastic. They reassured me my order was on the way and along every stage of the process. My order arrived today when Frankie said it would and it’s fantastic. Highly recommend and thank you to all at Setlist Store!

Any gig, Any where, Any time!

Have just received my order of two mugs, one of which was my choice as it wasn’t on their website. Love the ability to choose any gig, any where any time and they do the research and prepare the order!Orders were well packaged- only slight criticism was that Royal Mail tracking not working when order was said to have been dispatched. But Setlist responded quickly to my questions and everything turned out well just as they said!

Brilliant, unique items !

Brilliant, unique items ! Did take a while to arrive but I was kept updated throughout and the customer service was really friendly and helpful :)
Will definitely use again in the future !

Absolutely delighted!!!

Absolutely delighted with the collection of mugs I am building. We just built a summer house and I’m building a collection of mugs detailing all of the gigs we have been to. They look fantastic and are a real co version point as well as a source of some wonderful memories.

Just brilliant!!!

Not only is this a great product, the customer service is second to none. Shout out to Frankie, excellent communication and all round lovely human. The set lists are absolute brilliant and such a lovely souvenir.

So very happy with the Noel Gallagher and Liam Gallagher setlists I bought for my son. They arrived the same week they were ordered and packaged excellently! I will definitely be buying more from this site.

Great quality set lists for Swiftys!

So happy with the Taylor Swifts set lists for my daughter and her friend! Ordered Monday, arrived Friday 🤩 excellent company that I will definitely order from again. Very well packaged and great quality, absolutely perfect! Also over the moon with the added freebie print 🩷and the 3 for 2 made my order an even nicer gift, being able to share the 4 prints between the two swiftys.
