Let's face it, paying absurd ticket fees feels like being kicked where it hurts, especially when you find out that none of that extra cash actually goes to the artists or venues you love. We're a no-BS platform charging a really low 6%+20p per ticket including payment processing fees, and guess what? We let the hosts decide who foots the bill, so we can keep showing people all the great things they can do wherever they are. Every time you convince a venue or artist to ditch those highway robbers for us, you're basically giving the middle finger to the industry's greed-fest that goes as high as 45%. You have the power to make your voice heard, to rally your favorite creators and spaces to join a platform that doesn't bleed you dry. Let's shake up this racket together because, honestly, it's about damn time we kept promises and make live events about the experience, not the extortion that ends up in the pockets of Big Tech.

Very Reliable service

I usually don't face any issue while using Sessami, but a few weeks back my payment was taken and I didn't get my tickets. Thankfully they reached out before I did and issued my tickets promptly. Now that's a service! Go Sessami!!

It was great working with them, they are very reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend them to everyone. Along with everything, they are also very reasonably priced and great customer service!!

A team that cares about your business

We’ve been using Sessami for over a year now, and as a venue that prides itself on delivering an excellent customer experience, they are the perfect ticketing partner. The team really care about supporting you, from technical issues through to customer service. And best of all, when you contact them for help, a real (and helpful!) person answers the phone! Their system is very user-friendly, both for us as a venue when setting up events, and for our customers when purchasing tickets. Sam and his team really care about you and your business, and that shines through in everything they do. Well done guys!

Really helpful and friendly customer service

Really friendly and sorted the issue out that day
Great customer service - would trust them to make another booking
