Overall, my experience was good. It took a couple of weeks to get to me, but when it arrived it was just as advertised and 100% cotton just like I wanted. The delivery tracker used by UPS to notify of the shipping must’ve been experiencing technical issues because it notified me that my package had been delivered near Chicago, Illinois. It was very confusing. I’m still not clear on whether this item came from Canada, which is what I was aiming for. All in all, a good experience.

There was a discrepancy in the size of the print. In the listing on their site the print is much larger then the print size on the shirt that I received. I tried to discuss it with them, they kept telling me that in their fine print it says the items may not be exactly as in the listing. They offered to send me another one if I paid another $25. I already paid over $30 for the first one
I offered to pay $10 and they refused. They didn't realize that doing it for $10 i would buy many more tshirts from them, rather than get zero from me in the future. Poor quality, poor customer service

Ordered product in November. Still have not received it. Asked several times for a refund. They send this link from DHL. Label made but in California. Hasn't moved in 5 weeks. As a follow up. Still haven't received item as of dec27. They indicated that I will receive a refund but still waiting for that to be processed.

Do NOT buy from this poorly run company. You will not get your package and they do not do refunds. Trying to get an answer from anyone about your package is impossible. My package has been on the way for a month now and Seseable and the shipping company cant do anything about it or have no idea where it is or when i will get it. Never ever will i recommend this company. I am out $30 and no package.
