WARNING - SES Direct

WARNING. DO NOT USE SES
Direct.
They have taken $1800 and have not sent my item. 2 months have passed and they still haven't sent me my item.
They originally blamed processing and and won't reply to emails or my request for a refund. Telephone calls go to answer machine that is full.
I only left 1 star as zero star was unavailable.
I strongly suggest do not use this company.

Best mower shop in the south island !!
Knowledgeable, helpfull and a great range of parts, and good pricing.
I've used them on several occasions for my mower parts and every time they fill my order very fast and I always get my parts delivered within 1-2 days without fail .
Great job guys ,keep up the good work ,we need people like you 👏 😃

False promises about delivery timescales.

Ordered some sander belts advised would be in post next working day. A week later called and told would be despatched "that evening" and would be with me "next day". Nine days later am still waiting. Phone goes to answerfone advising to email them.

A hopeless outfit full of false promises and bovine dung, won't ever deal with them again. Never.

Return policy full of holes

I ordered a starter motor online, unfortunately it was the incorrect part form the model. When I called to return the item, in an unused and original state. I was told it was an indent order and they won't take it back even at their 25% restocking fee.
Their return policy only works in their favor, get the product out the door and not worried about return business. I own a busy workshop and won't be buying anything from them.

Ordered some BE pump oil

Ordered some BE pump oil, the supplier had the 4l bottles on back order, so they gave me 4x 1l bottles for the same price.

SES Direct : Not a good company to deal with.

I ordered certain American brand mower blades, which is made in USA, they sent me Chinese Made blades and different brand of what I ordered. I emailed them and asked them to take it back as this is not what I ordered, then they replied saying some blades are American but made in china, which that wasn't my point and not what I ordered, I replied back asking them to take them back and refund the money as this is not the brand or the blades that I ordered online, they ignored my request and they wouldn't do a thing. First of all, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Also you can find some reviews about them on pricespy NZ.
If, SES Direct not happy with this review, I'm happy to link and publish on my own site the email and my order details and let people decide. If you believe you made an error, then own it and apologize and fix it, but don't email trying to justify the quality of your blades.. the bottom line, I paid for American made and not cheap Chinese blades and this company not welling to do the right thing.
Hope this review will help someone so they don't have same bad experience.
