Sesame Street has no cusomer service

Sesame Street has no cusomer service. I went to their website after buying three season passes. It mentioned reservations, so I thought I had better call. I was on hold for an hour and no one picked up, nor did they offer a call back option. I tried their chat line and another five minutes, I was prompted to call the number I had already tried. Sesame Street has oversold thier capacity. They don't have enough people working there to answer basic information.
