Great Experience

Working with the owner has been a terrific experience. He is smart, friendly and a man with great integrity. I highly recommend calling him and his dedicated staff at Servpro for any water/mold/fire remediation and reconstruction work.

Please read this before you get what I…

Please read this before you get what i got.
I had a water leak at the main in my home in the early part of April. I had the problem fixed and there was water in the basement. I called my insurance company and the said to call ServePro. I called ServPro to come and take up the water and dry it out. It was approx. 2230 hours. I allowed them to enter the basement after signing an I pad with permission to do the work and start the job of getting rid of the water. To my amazement after 1 hour I did not hear any vacuums running. I then started to see them carrying up big Black trash bags. I was wondering what they were doing, so I went down to the basement and saw they were tearing and ripping up my $3,000 burber rug. I asked them what the hell are you doing and they said it was there understanding it was from out side even after showing them where it came from. My french drains handled most of the water and all they need to do was vacuum out the rest and put fans up. I called the insurance and they said "its ripped up and they will replace it" They deny anything. I think they should Pay for my rug because they never told me what to expect. . I can prove that the water was from a main and was not contaminated from any pump or overhead means, as the adjuster or Serv-pro stated.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE WITH THE MOST PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES!!!

I OWN A LOCAL INSURANCE AGENCY AND I HAVE ALWAYS REFERRED MY CLIENTS IN A TIME OF NEED TO SERVPRO OF EATONTOWN BECAUSE OF THE HIGH QUALITY OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. I ONLY REFER MY CLIENTS TO THE BEST IN THE AREA BECAUSE I KNOW THAT SERVPRO OF EATONTOWN IS AN EXTENSION OF MY OWN BUSINESS.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVPRO OF EATONTOWN TO ANYONE WHO HAS SMOKE, MOLD OR WATER DAMAGE TO THEIR HOME OR PROPERTY AND NEEDS IT DELT WITH QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.

excellent service

As a insurance appraiser I have worked with Servpro of Eatontown/Long Branch many times and have found there service to be unbeatable. I called them when I had a fire at my own house to help with the smoke odor and clean up of the soot and other damages.

I have recommended them many times to service my insured's in there time of need.

Excellent service and communication.

Thank you for your recent efforts. At 6 am on New Year’s Day, I called your firm, and announced that I had smoke, fire and water damage. I was called back immediately by Jason Sadler the Production Manager. Your team was on site within an hour accessing the damage. By mid-morning the remediation was in full progress. This incident affected 4 of my tenants: a law office, a perfume distributer, a healthcare supplier, and an electronics laboratory. This event affected over 20,000 sq. ft. and a mix of offices, file rooms, labs and warehouse space. The individual needs of each tenant and space were understood by your firm and accommodated. The Servpro team cooperated with my property management group, balanced the work load, met deadlines and exceeded operational expectations. I was very impressed with your ability to scale up your effort so quickly, to meet the needs of this large loss incident. I was impressed by the professionalism, and thoroughness Servpro demonstrated during the job.
