Having worked with the company for over 3 years I have gained an abundance of knowledge and skills in that time. I have been able to advance my professional career through Servisource by completing a UCD Professional Acadamy Diploma.

I have been working for Servisource for 12 years and couldn't be happier in my professional life. I started my journey with the company as an online marketing assistant in a marketing team consisting of 2 people and progressed to Senior Marketing Manager leading an agile marketing team of 7 people. My progression is due to the many continuous improvement and upskilling opportunities offered by the company which is fantastic to always have available to us. Across the company there is a collaborative and supportive ethos. The benefits available to us seem endless at times, from extra annual leave, rewarding bonus structures, fully funded education and work from home arrangements to name just a few. One reason I have stayed so long with the company is down to the family friendly atmosphere in each of our international offices, something that you do not find everywhere. My 2 young children have grown up part of the Servisource family and feel as much at home in our offices as I do. This year we gained a score of 84% in the Great Places to Work survey which is reflective of the excellent employer that Servisource is to us all.

myhomecare provided excellent care and support to both my grandmother and our family so that she could remain a home. Their dedication, care and compassion was second to none.

They are unprofessional as well as insensitive. They don't pay for work done as at when due. They lack internal cohesion, hence the worst agency that I have ever partnered with during my day of job search

This company only cares about the profit and money. Workers are last for them. If you get the feeling this company is caring for you that is because they have to by law. For the people that are employees for years with them they could of paid them the pandemic bonus payment out of there pocket but they choose not to and let the workers hang out. Constant problems whit them when you take hoolidays off. Or in Christmas time they mess up your payslips. To much headache to deal with them. Avoid them if possible.

Uncourteous to the point of hostile. Not to mention the endless errors in anything they do.

From the outset, this organisation appears large in size & complex, however once I made contact with the business about what I required the service was second to none.

A clear understanding of the needs & support through the entire process.

Would recommend this business as a premium service.

We needed extra assistance for my mam who has health issues. We called Servisource and they were able to provide a fall alarm and some sensors for the house that lets us see if mam is up and about or if she leaves the house to go to the shop etc.
Thankfully she has only pressed the alarm button once when she was having a dizzy spell. All the family got the alert and were able to ring her and see what the issue was.
We also had a carer come to the house for a few hour's every week after mam had an operation and would be happy to recommend them to friends.
