Good experience. Once being approved, the repair process is fast. But if needing to contact customer service at Servify can take too long.

Took care of my Samsung phone right away! Received a replacement phone that works great!

I had to get a Samsung phone replaced due to a screen issue. They didn't have a replacement in stock so offered me a newer model with equivalent specs and then sent it with next day shipping. 10/10, will buy extended warranties through these guys in the future.

Very bad experience. I bought new phone from Samsung, and I get the promise that I would have priority on repairing the phone. I made an assurance on Servify, and then, nodded their services. It is more then a week, and they couldn't tell me if the phone could or could not be repaired. They couldn't tell me anything. Just wait. Until when??

The phone came so fast! The claims process and all the instructions were clear and concise. Thank you!

I've sent a phone for repair. It took 30 days to send it back to me (so the maximum repair duration in the terms of service). The phone got back with a broken screen (a black dot at the edge of the screen). I've sent an email to complain about it. I've received a response that "if this issue does not make the phone non-functional, it will not be fixed by this team". After my next email complaint, they said I can request a new repair with standard wait duration... So I did. After two days, I received a message stating that the request was cancelled, but no further information was provided about what would happen next. I've both called and texted to ask what's going on. They said that the status is incorrect and the phone is now being repaired... After 4 weeks, I emailed to ask about the status. They said it is cancelled... and that they will proceed with my question to the technical team. I asked: "How long should I wait for the response? An hour, a week, a month?" they said: "I cannot tell"... It was sent back to me after one week, fully repaired. It was an AWFUL experience

I had my phone repaired at a local Samsung repair shop. Keep in mind that I was without my phone when this happened. I gave the repair shop, and they told me that it would be about 2 hours to repair. I left and when I returned, I was told that it was @ No Charge due to it the Samsung policy that I have been paying for 2 Years. But I was told that my Policy had been changed, I ask what for and what changes. I was told nothing just an update to it. When I get home, I had 3 emails from Samsung telling me that my policy was changed and now I owed them $99. No way I could have contact them because I did not have my phone when all of this was happening. No way to read or respond to them. When I called, I was told that this was the deductible. The copy of the policy that I signed up for said nothing about deductible. They told me that the policy had changed, and I owed the money Very upsetting. Do I keep the policy or cancel?

Filing the claim was very easy. I filed the claim on the way to the service provider and had the device back the same day.

I am reporting them to the California commissioner and the federal trade commission. I have had a significant amount of problems with them.
1. They keep deactivating my account even though I am current. It takes at least a day to reactivate.
2. They sent me a bill for over $600, when my max should have been $99. After calling, I was only charged $99.
3. They have gone significantly beyond their SLA, which is putting me at risk of my trade in credit with Samsung.
4. They have disconnected my phone calls and chat several times (and until yesterday, I was very polite).
5. They were supposed to send me an email with alternative options outlined in our call and they didn't.
6. They were supposed to call me back several times and I only got 1 call back.
7. They told me they were going to cancel my request and submit a new one for a replacement without telling me we couldn't do it at once, then, they told me I didn't have an active account. My account was set to deactivate (this time it was actually supposed to deactivate) the next day, but since they were in India it showed for them that it was already deactivate, so they couldn't do anything.
8. My repaired phone is finally ready for UPS, but they have yet to drop it off and still can't give me an eta.
I have been trying to get my phone fixed for over a month and a half. I'm beyond furious and am about to get charged by Samsung because I still haven't gotten my phone back for the trade in.
