Cannot commend the Team at Service Works enough for my experience. After a stressful situation regarding a parcel that was left in an unauthorized place and eventually lost, Jack and his team were incredibly communicative, efficient and empathetic regarding the situation and managed to help resolve my dispute I had raised with the postal service.

Not only this but the jumper I eventually received exceeded expectations and my partner who is quite fussy with finding clothing he feels comfortable in absolutely loves his new present. Amazing quality and we will be repurchasing in the future!

Have ordered a few things from Service works and I love this brand. Good quality and super comfortable. On my last order my parcel went missing not service works fault by the way. I let the team know and in less than 24hrs they had a replacement sent out. Some of the best customers service I have ever had. Thank you so much.

Had to email them with an order query and a guy called Jack responded to me super quick. He was polite and so helpful and resolved my issue. Its hard to get good customer service these days especially when its a busy time of year so well done Service Works & Jack!

The wrong item was sent in error. Immediate response from the company with postage paid label and item was returned and replacement sent the same day. Excellent, friendly customer service.

Had a great experience with Service Works. I actually ordered the wrong size by mistake and Jack helped me out in no time. Love the product, too! Great stuff!

My wife purchased me 2 pairs of trousers for Christmas and 1 pair came unstitched along the seam on the rear. To be fair I probably left it a bit late to contact them about the fault. Their policy states you only have 30 days, which is well outside this. After I got in touch I received a phone call to discuss the issue, once they had established it was due to a rare fault they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this company now.

Friendly Customer Service. Been chatting to Jack about sizing of different items, he's always been quick to reply and to give advice.

Service Works are one of those independent companies that you wondered what you did before you knew about them. Not only are their clothes high quality, their customer support is great too. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great to support independents doing such great things.

I actually had to return the trousers due to a sizing issue but Jack at ServiceWorks was exceptional. So rare to get such good customer service. Will definitely reorder in the future when they have my size in stock.
