Great for leads (when it’s working) but occasionally the app won’t let my husband contact the leads and he has missed out on a few days of work because of it as they are VERY hard to get a hold of.

I am a tradie who singed up to this service to try and get more leads/jobs, it cost me $75 minimum sign up. The owner even rang me up, trying to convince me on a $500 deal.... every lead I got was gone/taken, within 1-2 minutes of getting the lead. Further more, every lead that came in, even though I couldn't act on it still took money out of my funds! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! it's a total scam.

A simple job like installing window roller blinds and no builder/ handyman responding wants to volunteer a quote by text and when you do press them on the issue they seem quite pricey like a quote from one rorting builder for $330 to install two blinds. Most can't even be bothered providing a resume marketing snapshot of their business backgrounds only supplying business name and contact details which l can get from white or yellow pages online
Also some are asking for photos and info on the blinds,windows and wall materials which tells me their not competent or lack the experience to do the job. I purchased the blinds to fit my window size.
They should be able to work out the rest for themselves. Genuine tradies and their customers would be better off sticking with a platform like Gumtree.

They are scamming the businesses. I have bought the subscription for the digital services which was $70 and got nothing, all leads were fake and second month, they automatically charged my card for the next month service fees. When I asked for a refund, no ne is replying me.

i would like yo praise the handyman who repaired my glass sliding aluminium door that was sticking and jumping off the tracking and the door lock that had become very loose and needed realigning after arriving at 9.00 am dismantled the door found that the rollers needed replacing and the tracking machined went to the local hardware store for replacement rollers then quoted me before buying parts needed job finished within 2 hours including the lock his price was very comitative and i recommend him to everyone job reference no 17634872

I have my own Lawn care business and am looking for more work, I thought I would give them a go, paid the $55.00 and made a profile. Soon discovered that my $55.00 covers a lead area of just 2km from my location and a BS claim that I would get up to 7 leads a month which if true still wouldn't justify the cost nor would it justify throwing more money at them to give me an extra km or two when a business like mine needs at least 20 to 50km radius in leads to function. They tell me that if I want more coverage then I have to sign up for one of their expensive 12 month subscriptions. So they first steal $55.00 from you which basically lets you create a profile and nothing more and then try use that to extort more from you, because you are now out of pocket and feeling stupid for trusting them and losing your money.
I didnt fall for it twice and told them to stick it up their clacker. Greedy Thieves.
If you want to cancel your account with them just go to the "Payments" option on your profile, you will see the cancelation process there.

I am a tradie using there platform and i am furious , they hide behind covid 19 and claim they cannot answer phone due to pandemic. They have not provided myself one valid lead in three months , when i complain via text or email?? They send what appears to be fake leads with phone numbers. So finally i stopped membership , the very next day there is another fake looking quote in my inbox , i presume as my payment ran out at 12pm that evening it was just process, but know it was entrapment they sent me a fake lead with no phone number just text a response when i did the grubs billed me again.
They are dishonest that's why they don,t have a phone number in australia and are a philippines based company they don't care about the customer or the tradies , i hope the authorities catch up with these people.

not sure about this greedy service, I've tried to unsubscribe but it takes me to another page, meanwhile sending me all these leads, but my guess is as soon as I subscribe there will be no leads or hardly any at the moment I'm getting up to 6-8 leads a day, I call bs. Ridiculous!!!

this site is kind of greedy for trade business side.
they put very useless leads every single time.
espicially do not join zero competition leads.... that is a scam and hoaxing.
every tradie must be awared those kind of dodgy business to tradie or small business.

Needed a small concrete slab done for a shed.

We needed a painter to plaster and paint our en-suite and kitchen/meals ceilings. Within an hour I had a great quote from Adriano from Colour Psychology which we accepted. Adriano did a great job and was very friendly and fair. Would recommend.

We as a company have used multiple marketplaces such as Airtasker and Fiverr where we are very successful on and currently the highest rated in our field. We thought we would try out ServiceSeeking and trialed it for a month. We got a few leads which resulted in absolutely nothing, they would send a “lead” every few days, we would reply and call the potential client only to be met with someone that had no idea what was going on, generally the phone number was disconnected or the “client” would say it was the wrong number, which leaves me to believe they are publishing fake leads. EVERY “lead” we contacted have always said they never posted the task and have no idea.

When I cancelled our subscription I immediately got an email asking to sign back up from a business development manager along with pushy marketing to sign up for there extremely expensive service of being the only one able to quote on the job.

Steve's maintenance service attended. Steve did a fantastic job. He was efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
I can highly recommend him!!!
Great job Steve and the price was extremely fair. I have been ripped off in the past and they didn't even do a very good job.
So if you need a handyman Steve is amazing!!

This is an amazing, simple process, that gave me exactly what I was looking for! I had 11 responses within an hour (or less!) and chose to pause my 'ad' and work through what I had. I found/chose an awesome tiler who I will be using/recommending in the future.
I will definitely be using ServiceSeeking.com.au again :-)

I've only had one contractor contact me and none have offered a quote.

The emails you have sent me, both from the contractor and your invitation for feedback, were in a small font and the text was grey rather than black, making them very difficult to read on a mobile phone.
Increasing the font size and improving the contrast with the background should be easy to change?

First time using Service Seeking amazed at quick responses would only look for trades using this site very impressed
